What is the make & model for this lift? I assumed it is either used or made in China if youre selling and shipping nationwide instead of having a dealership and territory. Bad experiences with the lifts made in China, i hope others have better luck the first time it has to be repaired -- Some parts and diagrams are near impossible to find in a timely manner.

Have a brand-new one but can not operate it. I tried turning it on but it is not working, please help me
