    Sir Please suggest me... I am not able to tolerate this... Getting suicide thoughts... Me and my family suffering lot.... I am not able to know how to overcome this.. Also my parents don't know.. Using water too much..

    I have fear my life going to hell through germ contamination ocd & thoughts semen, menstural prriod ,dead body, accidental nlood fear , other contamumation etc. Etc.

    I have fear of walking on hard surface because I had fallen few times and fracture. FYI I am not physically bad to walk. I can fast walk for 1 hr on sand or semi hard surface. What is this and will therapy help to relieve?

    You have just developed a relationship between your fear of falling with the hard surface. It is just like a child avoiding a hard ball because the ball hit him once or twice and the child experienced pain. But the child recovers fast the more he experiences that the hard ball do not hit and create pain always or every time. Same thing is applicable to you. You have to expose yourself to the hard surface more times. Don't shy away. You will not fall if you be careful. your anxiety symptoms will be there, but don't care and ignore them. Slowly you will remove the relationship you made. If you want a name to this therapy, it may be called desensitization therapy. No need to worry about anxiety and its symptoms because it is just your body's defense mechanism to fear. Watch this video. kzread.info/dash/bejne/g2WrrJOMmbe_etY.html

    Sir i have created a feeling that once i see some one or talk to some one it has created in my mind that i am walking by stepping down his face how to move from that and live my earlier life and earlier it was with god and now with every people..sir plz give u r suggestion😊
