it’s crazy because I remember watching the game live thinking what the fuck, what’s with all the snow in October? Of course two years later there was the Halloween snowstorm here in Connecticut and the northeast, but then you get a deeper meaning when you watch the background of it during Bill Belichick’s “A Football Life” episode, & it's one of the most crazy & euphoric games I've ever watched as a Patriots/ NFL/ football fan, realizing that this was something special, right after Tom Brady through his 5th touchdown pass in the 2nd quarter (most in any quarter since the NFL/AFL merger!) which is something I can’t even do in Madden unless I put the difficulty to rookie-level, but hell of a game!

To me, the really insane thing about this game is that - while wearing those terrible cleats in that snow, while getting their asses kicked, while scoring 0 points against the Pats in Foxboro, Chris Johnson managed to get 128 rushing yards. For context, a 2000 yard, 16-game season is an average of 125 yards/game. Getting those yards for CJ in that game is how he managed to become CJ2K.

I believe he sat the whole 4th quarter and maybe even some time before then but here are the statistical anomalies from that game: 50-0 halftime lead, largest ever halftime lead. 59-0 final score, largest shutout and margin of victory of the Super Bowl era. Tom Brady threw 5 TD passes in the second quarter, the most of all time. The Titans QBs went a combined 2-14 with -7 passing yards in this game. And just for fun, Tom Brady was on pace to finish with 505 passing yards and 8 TDs had he continued to play.

I was always a stud cleat guy.
The Pats playing in the snow is like sharks in the water 😈 we just always have the advantage. Even the Bills don’t play this good in the snow. The pats records in snow games proves it all. Don’t argue with me, argue with ya momma
The true mind behind the personal
This is why the patriots were so good. You had the talent but also people in upper management puttin you in advantageous positions to win.
Bro sound like Carl wheezer
The devil is in the details
Lowkey wish brady played atleast the 3rd qtr he had like 300 & 6
Please show this to the Bills.
Patriots went up 50 - 0 by half time. Brady could have broken every NFL game passing record that day.

45-0 at halftime, not 50-0. Record margin for 1st half, but not for points (49-7 Packers).
Titans bet Patriots in the playoffs, remember that.😅
The NFL record for number of TDs thrown in a game is 7. Brady had FIVE TDs in the 2nd quarter of this game.
We rarely get snow in Tennessee so yea ofc
CleatGate😬
What is odd, is building a team to win in the horrible weather and the snow, and being rewarded by playing on a dome, where most Super Bowls are played. Where a team built for weather has absolutely no advantage…….
How can an NFL team not have the right gear for the conditions?
The Titans didn’t have one person on their team that knew that they should wear the 7-studs?
So remember that game , Pat's destroyed them so easily, and if I remember correctly this game was in October, could be wrong and great inside scoop about the cleats
Jules can you get Vrabel on?
And that was coaching. Not players. You need both to be a champion.
I was there :)
OJ rushing for 2,000 in 14 games is the best EVER!!!!! DANN SUCKS HES A KILLER
And the patriots could have scored 21 more
Fix was in
I don’t know about other Pats fans, boy when I see the old throwbacks with Pat the patriot on the helmet I cringe and roll up into a ball. Those were bad years.

You’re definitely in the minority. The throwback reds are maybe my favorite pats jersey of all time.
It's amazing how incompetent some of the league is.
I watched Joe Avazono (Dallas Cowboys) checking out the fields before the football game... PROFESIONAL
Guess who ended the Dyansty, that’s right The Titans! We got our revenge

Lmao y’all celebrate the wild card round like it’s some sorta accomplishment. Every pats fan knew we weren’t gonna win the chip that year. What sucks tho is ever since Brady left, we’ve been as bad as the Titans! It sucks!
we played touch in the street. You start being dirty and no one told us how hard you could touch in 2 hand touch. Also a telephone pole could take you down and out with a little shove
59-0!
