Full of magic, great performance, thank you " Pau NG" for this post. Ernest Weinrauch was a German Benedictine priest and composer. Although Father Weinrauch did not have any of his works printed, his music was known far beyond the borders of his homeland. The music of Father Weinrauch and those around him largely has its own musical aesthetic. Often it does not coincide with the much better known, so-called “ Viennese Classic ”. @@Reciclassicat Following your link, I noticed that "Canto" on the title page of the manuscript means "Soprano." In abbreviating this title ("Mass for Soprano") you don't give enough credit to the rest of the choir in their performance of this fine music.
