If you want to play ADC with Fatalis, play Charybdis. The absolute best run-them-down cheese strat you've ever seen.

I use frostbound on my erlang and max the dash 1st its a great combo since mink does 300ish damage. Asi might work better than serrated since when it procs and your 1 is active you have 63% lifesteal.

you should do Fraya with manaquin, gem of iso and fatalice

Honestly they should make it so that Turtle straight up doesn't do damage, or at least make it do something like 10/20/30/40/50 + 10% so it's basically nothing but still procs items.

I don't find him fun at all, probably because playing him feels like cheating
