He’s using black paint. Glitter sticks to wet paint

if it were black paint, the brush would have been black

I think it's PVA or what we call paint varnish

Is it true some of these guys are simpletons ? I’ve heard of a kid got hit in head with baseball almost died. Never spoke again but a year later he mastered the violin and knows what the weather was every day of his life. It’s nuts

This was way to slow. I lost interest. I've seen people do this alot faster and with more detail.
