This brother is so far beyond some motivational speaking! He is flat out preaching!!! We're not at a paid conference anymore! We are in full-on church! Yes indeed! Let's go! I have to admit I am more of the Booker T. Washington school of thought. However, over the years I have now come to respect points made in arguments by both men. I have read the Talented Tenth several times. I have read Booker T. Washington's writings more. People will have to get past their feelings in order to apply what both men are saying.
