This helped me so much! I will not allow anything including myself to rob me of peace. 1. I read my Bible this morning Proverb a day keeps folly away. 2. I meditated with the Eternal Sunshine app about honoring myself. It was bomb acknowledgement and affirmation 3. Exercised-got me a new jump rope and did things I’d never done before. Felt the burn and released stress. 4. Recited affirmations and about to share positivity on my IG story bc I am victorious and so are others when they know they can be. Amen thanks ET much needed mentorship. I didnt know how much i was neglecting my peace of mind.

He is right. I have lost a lot of sleep thinking about how to leave my current job. I'm sucking it up to finish the last three classes of my master's degree but the earliest that I can complete at least two of the three courses is a week after Thanksgiving. I am already writing books to prepare myself for departure. The people I work with are so nice so I felt guilt at first. I just have to grind the rest of 2020 with my books and prepare to leave after my 16-week internship is completed. I just don't like the job.
