Eric Lamaze is a legend in show jumping and has been quietly battling brain cancer for the past year and a half. While he has taken his journey day by day he has recently come forward speaking about his battle with brain cancer and how it has impacted both his life and show jumping career. This weekend at the National Show at Spruce Meadows, Eric Lamaze joined Chacco Kid to maka huge comeback to take center stage at the RBC Grand Prix.

Woah. Any of the treatments for cancer cause major tiredness and weakness. I've been riding my green boy for about 20-30 minutes and that's very tiring. Can't imagine what's going on in the body of a Grand Prix rider. To add, not just cancer, but it's treatments ontop of that strain and work of normal riding is incredible.
