Did you see the game? I did. EC was kicked non stop from the first whistle. The ref gave gave him no protection. EC finally lost his cool. One of the offenders was a guy called Southgate. The other was a guy called Shaw. So, for once, I agree with AF. The hooligan in question was not 11 rows back, but had run down to the front. The Kung fu kick was a wonder to see. And Eric should have been applauded for show the county how to deal with the hooligan problem.

I'd imagine its the same with artist and paparazzis or comedians with hecklers. Their line of work makes it so they have an image to protect but most cases they should have the right to do something about being harassed.

Spectacular player, lack of discipline. SAF really made everyone shine regardless of their attitude. Every player had their own unique characteristic.

Cantona has a love of surrealism, so it may not have any direct meaning. However, you could read it as him being the Trawler, the press as the seagulls and his words as the sardines. He made a quote at a recent awards dinner that was equally baffling.
