I hope you won' be like the other reactors. Some reactors asked why the ova didn't show titan in the wall, just like what they saw at the end of this episode. They thought No regrets ova was about the continuation of season 1 and asking about titan in the wall. At least they should have known that no regrets is about Levi's backstory, why they expected it was about titan in the wall 😩

yeah there is so much going on so you can easily get overwhelmed! hahah the character progression on Joakim and Ben have been nice season 1 😂 Even tho Joakim might seem distant at times he really loves the show, if it wasn't for the channel he would have binged the whole thing already xD kinda sad we have to spread it out so much since we can't meet up too often :\ I really believe they would enjoy it even more if we could watch it faster but it is what it is 😊 and really appreciate all the comments you have written under season 1! im excited for their reaction and all of your comments in future seasons 😁

@@NorseNation I’m glad you said that about Joakim because yeah he was harder to read during the very first few episodes and I was thinking, oh maybe this is not his thing. But yeah, season 1 character development 😂 You’re lucky to have friends willing to watch this with you. None of my friends like anime 😞 But I’m going to have a watch party with a bunch of girlfriends soon and will show them “Your Name.” I think they will like the movie even if they don’t watch anime. Thanks to you guys, i’m getting my “spread the AoT gospel” fix. It’s also good to see reactioners outside of the States, get perspective from people in other countries. I do sometimes watch this German guy and his take on AoT. He’s on the final season now. He’s funny.

I only just watched it for the first time a few months ago and immediately wanted to spread the love. I may soon catch up to you in terms of number of viewing. We’ll see. I have so much on my to watch list right now, including Frieren, Death Note (I’m only watching it because of L - he looks funny and interesting), Apothecary diaries, start Egghead Island arc of One Piece. And yes, i will let you know what my friends think of Your Name, and see if they will take the anime plunge. I think your last questions pertain to the German KZreadr i mentioned? I just looked up his channel and his channel name is storieswithstyle. And i had no idea but i guess he writes horror stories! He seemed to love AoT right from the beginning and just continued to enjoy it. And I loved how excited he seemed to hear German names and say things like “Oh my cousin is called that” and explains things about German names and culture. I see that he actually finished it, and per his post, is his favorite story ever. I don’t blame him. AoT might be my favorite story too…but i go back and forth between AoT and the Stormlight Archive as my favorite story ever. I can’t decide!

Before watching season 2 you guys should watch these OVA : - "Ilse's Notebook" : Very important for season 2 understanding! (must watch it AFTER the first episode of season 2) - "No regrets" : Levi's backstory - "A sudden visitor" and "Distress" : Not very important but funny ones - "Lost Girls" which shows 2 stories : "Lost in a cruel word" about Mikasa and her relationship with Eren, showing an alternatie universe where her parents weren't murdered ; "Wall Sina, Goodbye" about Annie and her life as a member of the Military Police. Anyway, love your reactions, keep going!

I might be full of shit, and Im not saying you should change your personalities or anything, but I have a feeling that a portion of the reason for why they sometimes miss key emotional and dramatic qeues is because they are aren't fully immersed. And i think that the reason for that is because they constantly have to look away from the screen to talk and joke with each other. And the guys who already watched the show laughs everytime a key scene happens. Laughing calms people and it tells people that the situation isn't serious. Now, im not saying that yall should just be quiet and dont react and all that. But i suggest to try balancing the output, especially since this show requires careful attentiveness in order to understand. But those are just my two cents. Who knows, maybe nothing wouldve changed either way. Im sure everyone here will have different opinions. I know you guys have been working really hard to improve your videos, i dont want to take away the credit for that. You guys are doing amazing. Keep it up.

you absolutely ain't full of shit, completely reasonable argument we have heard from a few people, which we really appreciate since it can only help us 😁 Im really with you to some degree and i have thought similar things and have also pointed out similar stuff a couple of times ^^ feels like this was more of a problem when we started and it's less now since we(non first timers) have tone it down just a tad bit. The new boys have said it doesn't impact their experience since they are usually glued/focused on what's happening anyway (hard to say ofc). This was more in the beginning: And they know we are laughing at their reaction and not what's happening(ofc will still impact them somewhat). but i 100% understand where you are coming from that's why we have been "trying" to tone it down to some degree, but it's still gonna happen. seems also that some viewers enjoy seeing the difference between first/second timers. First time watchers have said they enjoyed the show more since we could watched it together(also hard to say ofc since they can't really compare). Thank you for taking the time to write and the kind words! 😄

appreciate the feedback and 100% understand your argument that's why i considered it for a bit 😊 i think it impacts how they view season 1 and get more excited for season 2, we get to hear their thoughts in the post talk and season review and they would see it in the first second of season 2 and i don't want them to go into full discussion mode mid episode since they might miss what's happening on screen then. i would still do the same if i can go back, No Regrets! 😉
