@@hiroshiramasendjews9539 Hear me out: all the plot holes caused by that fanfiction which is 139 can easily be solved by the original plan aka Erehisu and freeing Ymir. Eren and Historia were meant to symbolize freedom and to break the cycle. All the proofs are here. The story butchered every character (except Levi), and suddenly turned into a toxic love central theme when FREEDOM was the main point. I just don’t give any credit to 139 and you know the fact that Historia’s pregnancy is suddenly irrelevant makes absolutely no sense after 130. Eren stays the one he was before 139 for me

It might sound stupid and be hard to accept, but the rumbling started only because historia didn't want to run away as eren suggested. If she did, eren would find another way to protect paradis. Actually, it was started due to his refusal to sacrifice her life, to endanger her and risk her future. You know why? Remember the ceremony scene? Have you asked yourselves why eren saw those future memories right then, not sooner or later? Jean mentioned yeager and reiss held hands multiple times but it didn't help eren learn more about the world or anything else. So why at the ceremony? Because before kissing historia's hand the mc said to himself: "I would gladly give up my life if I knew it could change something... But I'm not ready to sacrifice Historia... WHAT SHOULD I DO? I can't tell anyone about this [her royal blood peculiarities]". And after this eren saw everything. He didn't think about his friends at that moment, neither armin, nor mikasa, let alone sasha, connie, jean, hange or levi. The same goes with the island: if he put it above historia, he would have told everyone about what he learned. These future memories were an answer to his question WHAT SHOULD I DO? The FULL-SCALE rumbling was the only way to save reiss. If yeager was willing to go with the 50-year plan, it would have saved most of his loved ones, the island and the world. However, it is what it is... Unfortunately, we all know the ending got wasted and retconned, just like eren's, historia's, ymir's motivations and roles. Their actions make no sense in the last chapter: ymir's Stockholm syndrome, eren's 80-% plan, historia defending jean's and connie's families, ymir, using eren and choosing mikasa, eren doing the partial rumbling and crying over mika for no reason, historia having a baby with her ex-bully and marrying him etc. I wish we saw aoe with ymir reborn, eren completing his goal and historia playing a role after timeskip

I really loved it, most of the small details come out but showing his concern and what he thought of her. Erehisu is the couple that makes the most sense if it is revealed if the father is Eren, he has been with her all those years, he liked her more as she really is and she felt very happy, although it is not the typical anime that shows a lot of love. The attraction is logical, he decided to fight not to sacrifice her, she decided to save him and support him even if it was against humanity. 10/10 video ❤👏😍

I am happy that you liked it ! I love erehisu as well, if Eren is the father, like I am convinced he is, it will be one of the most interesting and well written romances that I’ve ever seen ! Eren and Historia were regular comrades, and the bond they created in season 3 is so realistic, natural, and beautiful. The way they care for each other and act is pretty clear in my opinion, and it wouldn’t be the first time that isayama breaks the tradition !

Ikrrr their chemistry is everything 😍from the firs moment i shipped them even when everyone shipped her with ymir i was shipping her with eren 😭 that's Why i love isayama he is so creative with his love stories you feel the realistic vibe their relationship is so natural and well done and we don't need kisses and hugs scenes to feel their love and affection for each other that's what love is, it's a very deep feeling not as simple as it's shown in the shouju animes that's why people are mistaken aot ships because they're so used to typical unrealistic childish stories! I honestly praise isayama for making these relationships feel so real

YmirHisu has way more movements than ErenHisu..........while l 100% support ErenHisu l can't lie that her moments with Ymir could be considered more "romantic" even though she rarely showed any signs of loving Ymir romantically.

I'm pretty sure Isayama wanted to make canon this couple so much (not a coincidence their development together and truly deep relationship with each other based in communication, trust and understanding), but his editor and toxic EM shippers ruined it (remember AoT have one of the toxic fandoms ever, sadly, and his editor is a EM fan :/) forcing him to change everything in the end. That's why nothing make sense with chapter 139. This couple was one of the Pillars for the logic of the events and the story. Isayama made Historia one of the female characters with most development and importance in the story for a reason. And Eren and Historia intimate moments wasn't just "friendship", obviously. In Spanish we have a phrase that say: "there is no worse blind than the one who doesn't want to see". So EH is a legitimate couple with A LOT of canon romantic moments and clues. It's that, or Isayama is a terrible writer, that I personally think it's not true. He had the characteristic of make everything for an important reason. Also in an interview years ago, he said he dislikes childhood-friends romantic relationships because for him it was like they were siblings, and he said Eren sees Mikasa as a sister at all, so she was going to be miserable with him (that's why EM don't have any real development at all), so yeah the final is pretty preeeeetty sus. @@jenvxtt2482 Bro, Mikasa character development was to be less emotionally depending of Eren since the start. Because she has an absolutely unhealthy relationship with him. Isayama said in a interview years ago that she will be miserable with him no matter what, and that's because of the codependent relationship he has with eren. A codependent relationship is totally unhealthy. Is more cruel for her character to be with him that without him. If we talk about relationships, It's so much better for her to be with Jean, who always love her and respect her freedom to choose. And Eren always want to be independent and free, the opposite of what Mikasa wants. It's ilogic to think that kind of relationship will work out because it's toxic for both (and also is one sided) And Eren and Historia have a truly screen development relationship based in deep understanding and comprehension. They have a special affection for each other that we all can see. And do you think I hate a fictional character? 😂 Of course not. At the end of the day it's just a series haha

@@jenvxtt2482 That last episodes don't have any sense according to the development of the storyline. And doesn't have any sense according to character Eren. That episode doesn't justify Eren pseudo romantic feelings for Mikasa that doesn't exist in the narrative of all AoT. Also Eren killing his own mother to save his friends doesn't have any sense too. In other hand, even if you don't accept it, Eren and Historia have a lot of intimacy and moments in the manga and have much more sense than any other ship. Isayama would have never make historia one of the girls with most development an importance for the story for no reason. Also her baby plot was evolving Eren a lot in the narrative. That's not a coincidence at all. That's why it's a bad ending, because is contradictory about this own history. I personally think Isayama doesn't want that ending because breaks the logic of all the story, he also said he didn't like it. Ending defenders needs to read a lot more. And at the end of the day, I really don't care about the ship, I like that ship, but it's not the reason I don't like the ending. The ending by itself breaks all the logic and the character development of Eren and Mikasa.

This is my favorite Erehisu video 😍😍😍love it so much! Hope we get to see the full conversation between Eren and Historia in either chapter 138 or 139. Their interactions on both the manga and anime made me switch from eremika to erehisu. I used to ship eren and mikasa way back on seasons 1 and 2 but found the pairing too one-sided. Eren does care for Mikasa but I don't feel the love and urge to protect her at all cost. Eren will do everything to keep Historia from inheriting the beast titan.

Erehisu the besto ship forever!

After chapter 139, I just want to let you know that I am sure the ending was changed. However since Eren is now the psycho we saw in the chapter, he can stay AWAY from my girl that he implied in his genocide for nothing. Erehisu could have been a great romance, this AMV just shows how much plot holes the story left because it obviously changed. Anyway let’s write a book based on their dynamic, but I drop it in the canon universe. To be honest I drop SNK and not because of EH but because of Eren and Mikasa’s characters being destroyed, the sense of the story being destroyed, Ymir Fritz loving her abuser and Armin approving genocide for literally nothing since it’s still war. Bye ❤️

Ikr. The last chapter felt like a complete different story. Eren and Historia being canon made more sense than Eren and Mikasa. EH dynamic was amazing and their interactions were so interesting to read. Also, what was the point of keeping the father a secret and implying that it would be a key event in the story.

@@mesha713 Because Mikasa's character has been giving off the vibes that she is living for Eren rather than living for herself, which is just sad. Armin said it best when he told her she needed to think for herself for once. She needs to break free of this unhealthy dependence she has on Eren for her own sake. I really wanted to like Eremika and the reason I don't is more for Mikasa's sake than anything else. You're allowed to like it, but I personally don't feel like it's a fulfilling ending to her character. Seeing her let Eren go and move on for her life is what I've been hoping for for her since season 2. I personally like Erehisu because their dynamic is interesting. Together, they make up the coordinate- Eren possesses the founder but Historia has the royal blood. Eren was the one who appreciated her for who she really was, who called her a stupidly normal girl etc.

That ending gave me chills, it really hits home to the magnitude of what Eren has done (I'd like to think a big portion of that has to do with protecting Historia lol) But the way you clipped together all the parallels in such an artful way is just stunning and I love it. You've summed up all the canon reasons why Erehisu shippers love Erehisu so much. 10/10 I'm so glad I found you through Tumblr☺️

damn, this got me. i've never loved a dynamic such as eren and historia before, the way they're written perfect for each other is just so beautiful. i still get that bittersweet feeling whenever i see these two honestly, we could've had it all if isayama did not retcon certain narratives in aot. been shipping EH since 2018, still do up to this day. thank you for making this beautiful montage of them.

Not because we're nitpicky of scenes that we just like... But the flow is undeniably smooth and fitting to the theme... Yes, to be honest I'm a multishipper was once a strong eremika of season 1, but seeing the dynamics of Erehisu plus doubled with some of Yam's previous interviews I got hooked on it...It was after chap 139 that I've know the theories fully. I have even to search for ANR, i literally didn't know it was a song and a theory.... Hahaha So l've built up my ship for them based on what I've read in the manga and what I've seen in the Anime coupled with some of Yam's previous interviews... Their relationship dynamics are healthy, their friendship, may it be platonic or not is built on trust. Entrusting or talking about your messed up plans with someone, takes up a whole lot of trust. By fact of human nature, we don't reveal our dark side to others because we are inclined to want acceptance. And being to be able to show somone both sides of your coin, means your comfortable and has a whole lot more stronger bond with that person. That's why I love their convos because it's raw and real until 139 came along... Am slowly accepting the ending, it's his work but still hang up on what could have been....

I agree with literally everything you say, there is no way such important themes were introduced so smoothly, giving to all plot holes answers to be suddenly replaced by the « love » theme at the end. Surpassing the father/the cycle of hate/freedom...where is it ? I can’t see AOT through the same spectrum and it make the series irrelevant in my eyes

@@elonaackerman4163 yes, true I can't look at SNK the same way again...you really can't reread it with that ending...even with an unbiased mind, rereading it makes everything Eren said seems more like a lie...sad that it has gone to this.... I really had high expectations, because I believe Isayama could do so much more...I enjoyed his writing especially with his style of foreshadowing, this could literally become a genre-defying masterpiece with it's complex themes... But 139 just blew it away. And to say that the ending cannot impact a story is not true. The ending is supposed to be the defining factor, it could be conclusive or inconclusive(open ending type) but it has to tie up the arcs together. Just like when making a theses or a term paper, the introduction/hypotheses should connect with the body/process to come up with the end/conclusion, of which AOT failed to do. Aside from the inconsistencies, it murdered everything not just Historia and the other characters but as well as the canon...making Mikasa's character less developed. I feel bad for her. Yams should have gone with his previous interview where he wants Mikasa to become more independent. Thanks again for this AMV, i had aired out my frustations for 139 and at the same time giving me a healing. ❤️ Continue doing AMVs, you've got a knack for piecing everything well with emotions well drawn out. 😎

Isayama's greatest mistake and downfall was not to make them canon boldly. He will forever regret for not writing what he wanted to.

From what I have learned about the ending of such a great series like AoT it reminds me of a video game called The Last Of Us.. the first game was top notch like everything in AoT was until the second game came which completly ruined the entire story and was just pure garbage. I dont know what to say.. many and many fans are dissapointed. I hope at least the alternative ending Isayama is writing right now gives us what we have been asking for.

You are right, when looking at the storyline of aot which is full of surprises, I think when Isayama shows the secret meeting between Eren Historia and her pregnancy, I think this ship must be true and historia will have an important role, but when i see chapter 139 it looks like it's not aot and I think Isayama just wanted to finish aot immediately

@@mikqnt8182 Not really, while there were other ways Eren could have kept Historia out of it, he still chose to tell her to make sure she would resist if things ever got out of hand. That was like the best way to ensure she wouldn't be used to continue the cycle. Remind her who she was. Eren felt like he can trust Historia on this because he knew she wouldn't tell anyone because she was a selfish girl deep down. Eren might have wanted Historia to be his ally just like Floch, considering she was the queen who could potentially rise to power. At that point Floch and Historia were his only two allies. He told Historia for the same reasons he told Floch. But Historia and Eren and bigger friends so all the more reasons to tell her.The only reason he told her was because he knew for sure he can trust her on this and hell he was right. But Historia got herself out of the game by choosing to get pregnant and go live for herself. yes my original comment looks a bit shallow. I should have made myself clearer.

He basically informed her of a genocide for nothing. Chapter 130 is completed disconnected from 139 like all the manga

People are so fucking dumb. It is not about the shipping. It's about the complexity of the story. There are no right or wrong on this one. Eren, fucking Historia, does not mean Eren didn't love Mikasa. They are just humans. Just like in reality. A man may develop feelings for two women and still choose one of them at the end of the day. Eren gave Historia what she wanted, but his heart belongs to Mikasa. Accept it. People who werent born in a broken home would never get this. I was. And i know.

Nah bruhh.. Eren loves Mikasa as a family. And also, Eren sees her as his sister. Eren always protects Historia and doesn't want to sacrifice her. That means Historia was important to him. And do u know? Eren doesn't tell his plan to everyone (including Mikasa & Armin) except Historia. It means he trusts her, He trusts her as his ally. Historia is the one who saved Eren from depression, she says she is the "Enemies of Humanity" but she is also Eren's ally. That's why she said she was "The Worst Girl In The World". Also, She is the only one who knows about Eren's feelings, Even Armin and Mikasa didn't know if Eren was depressed, that's why he disseperd from them. I'm not Erehisu shippers but I think their relation ship was logical if they are together. anddd, Isayama also said that he doesn't like if childhood friend become lovers. He says it is gross and disgusting.

This would be easier if i can attach snippets of the manga so you could fucking shut up. Eren can fuck two women and still it is not wrong. What Eren had with Historia is something special, but nothing can top with what Eren and Mikasa shared all through their lives! I can relate to Eren with this issue as I am a father as well. Him having a child with Historia in secret and at the same time, Mikasa being the only girl he has ever loved.
