@@noscopedatpope well the fact that hiromi and kayo had a child is really beautiful as they were supposed to be dead in the real timeline (the fact that their child's name is mirai meaning future and that they got a future is a double entendre) meaning saturo had accomplished what he had hoped for. And also in the manga it was stated that kayo visited saturo for 5 years or so but his mother transferred him to another hospital in Tokyo with a note handed over to kayo thanking her and that she should live her own life

In japanese it was my number one anime opening for a long time. When i first heard it i fell in love with the song and now that i heard it in english im starting to love it even more

I COULD SERIOUSLY NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE JAPANESE AND THE ENGLISH!!! ITS SOUNDS THE SAME PERSON SINGING THIS ONE ENGLISH AND THE OTHER JAPANESE FOR ANIME!!!! ITS THAT GOOD!!!!

There is a great difference in the instrumental, see the full version of the original music in the 2016 version and you will understand the difference
