It's honestly how to fix some things, you need to pull through a really hard pipe? Is there a connecting wire in the pipe you're trying to replace? Tie them together, and pull the old one out while replacing the gap with a new one! Works in some cases, with a snag, it's fudged.

USA coin currency is not made of lead but of copper and nickel. You would most likely get a bowl blockage which can cause severe if not fatal issues before any of the metals would cause problems

@@christinab2630 I think you're right, did you know that lead used to be in gasoline, which poisoned the air and made people in areas with high traffic become more violent and prone to more impulsive behaviors. We definitely had to learn our lessons with leaded gasoline and lead paints and other paints made out of radioactive crap. That's why all "regular" gasoline says unleaded somewhere, at least in the USA

I'm from the finger lakes area and when I tell people I'm from NY I have to specify NOT NYC. That belief is more more widely held than one would think. Then I tell them I have never even been to NYC and they go completely increduclous. Also, it isn't just down the street its a 5-6 hour drive.

To be fair, animals with rabies can become incredibly aggressive and will attack people without cause. It’s part of how the disease spreads, so while the bat doesn’t attack intentionally to spread rabies, the disease does cause them to attack others to spread.

@@archerymidnight3422 Yeah, the commentary by Seth even comments how weird it was that "that" crossed the line. Sadly it was either in a random interview or on one of the DVDs so I don't have a link for you. It may have been when he talked about the PTV episode.

I would love to see you react to pro wrestling injuries. There was one wrestler who landed on his neck. He knew immediately that something was wrong. He told his friend at ringside to go get the car, he needed to go to the hospital just don’t tell anyone. After getting c-rays the doctor ask where the paramedics were that brought him in. He told the doctor he walked in. The doctor told him that was impossible. If he had tried to walk he’d be dead. He broke his neck.

Those guys are nuts. These days the minute something was wrong the ref throws up the X sign and they work a finish to the match immediately. Back in the 90s and earlier you'd hear of men finishing matches with broken arms, back pain, broken necks or my favourite. Stan Hansen literally took Big Van Vader's eye out with a lariat and Vader just popped it back in and finished the match before getting surgery.

Every chiropractic office I've been in has sold "essences" and "tinctures" and essential oils for $200/ounce they claimed would apparently heal everything from cancer to mental illness to broken bones. Really disappointed to see a medical professional support quackery, but then again I guess quality doctors with actual work do to aren't spending hours a week editing and posting KZread reaction videos.

8:50 actually Peter ate nickels to set a world record in that episode. Due to eating to much nickels it some how caused him to become blind from the chemicals from the coin.

To quote Frank Costanza from Seinfeld: One in a million shot doc One in a million

Peter started eating a lot of coins to be remembered for that talent. Not just the 1 nickel lol.

Thank you for that bit on chiropractors. So many people give me funny looks when i tell them my surgeon and chiropractor worked together to fix my back after my injury. "You are a legit nurse, and you believe in that alternative medicine BS?" No, my surgeon referred me to a chiropractor, because i was ineligible for surgery until the swelling went down enough to make it safe. More and more often, especially with back injuries, surgeons and chiropractic specialists are working together to help the patient make a more complete recovery.

However, some chiropractors are always trying new technology which are "on the hedge" of becoming daily tools, and will over-charge you to pay back the high expense fee of the item. These chiropractors aren't given any sufficient monetary supplements from the Federal Government, like many John Hopkins style hospitals do.

Yeah chiropractors get a bad rep. SURE there IS “sham” chiropractors out there just wheeling you in for money all the time but chiropractors and physical medicine have helped with my issues. I also know people stupidly go to a chiropractor without any X-rays or MRI and the chiropractor might be making their pain never ending.

On the jackass injury: maybe round up all the surgeons you need to draft a hypothetical plan for fixing Peter's neck, treating it like a real surgery. Present the results at Comic-Con. Feel free to account for toon physics or discount that. Include chances of complications, post-surgical prognosis...and how long such a hypothetical surgery would take. Or even how many surgeries.

8:37 I have experienced temporary blindness before when I was younger. I had actually tried to do a backflip, unsuccessfully, and got a concussion. The impact was to the back of my head and I had gone blind within about an hour or so. Thankfully there was no permanent damage

So, we have a Rabies vaccine, but we don't get it normally along with the others? Why is that? We do it for our pets, but not us, and I am curious as to why.

It's a 3 dose vaccine for humans, taken over the course of a month, and it hurts like hell with a much higher rate of side effects than the average vaccine, more than 1 in 10 get a severe reaction. As a result, most people only get it if they're at risk for getting rabies, like someone who works as a veterinarian. And even if you do get the vaccine, you still need a fourth dose of the vaccine upon exposure. If you're exposed without being vaccinated, you get 4 shots over the course of 2 weeks and a dose of immunoglobulin to prevent the rabies from taking hold. If you're gonna need 4 shots no matter what, why put yourself through that in advance if you're unlikely to be exposed? Also the full regimen in the US costs 1000 dollars.

Much respect for the explanation on Chiropractors, doc. They're not the be-all-end-all of medicine (and any who claim to should be ridiculed IMO) but they have their place that they've earned.

Dude they don't even need to go to school for it in the U.S, it is completely separate from mainstream medicine. There are no medically accredited schools for it, anyone can get a bs diploma and call themselves a chiropractor with no medical training required. There are 0 real studies that show any real results.

7:49 To be fair I did that method on my foot back in December last year (top of foot fracture but clean. Heavy object fell on it outta nowhere). Soon as I got home from work early, got an icepack on right away; mainly bruised bad but went urgent care next day. Time went on and no need for surgery👍
