Equilibrium
What does a fully 3D Ordinary Folk project look and feel like? We had no idea either, so we started with the two shapes. Then mashed our 2d keyframes and transitions with Josh Edward’s masterful 3D tactile materials and lighting. We loved the result of combining what we thought would be apposing forces. 🟠 🟩

This is amazing, as always! :) Sorry for, potentially, a studio question, but I wonder, how you guys are working with music on such projects? It seems that music should be involved from the early stages, like when you have animatic with draft timing and stuff. And then you can finalize scenes according to final pice of music. Is this the case? Of course, if music is tailored for your specific project, it should fit perfectly, but.. it only can get you so far.. it still has it's own music rules etc.. So, I'm just really curious how it's working ^^

I watched this and then subbed and watched a lot of your vids. i watched those about Christianity I really like them although I'm a Muslim, but I liked them because they've some similarities but the diffs. like you believe in him as god but I believe in him as a prophet makes them 2 different religions. I would like to see some of these vids. about Islam or about how Islam sees jesus and if he was killed or not and these sort of things, this is my humble request. and again I really really really really really love your work hoping to be like you one day❤❤❤❤

the project file for “This is Nouns” is available on their website and it contains C4D files, the 3D in this video is done by the same guy that worked on that, so yes, i believe it’s in C4D :)

This hurts my eyes. The color choice was odd. The perspective of the shapes was weird and the animation lacked overall cohesion. Disappointing
