How would that landlord like it if someone threw out her belongings valued at $20,000? I think she would be suing too!!! The audacity of that landlord thinking the tenant is supposed to get nothing at all for her and her team's mistake of throwing out his valuable items!!! People should treat others the way they would want to be treated just as the Bible states. Karma will get that landlord for being so nasty!!!

Excellent ruling Judge Williams. So sorry Mr. Goodwin did not have more receipts; $5000 is a joke for what was taken from him in error. I still cannot get over that he was paying $1000 more than the contract was asking; and it is outright theft that a month to month lease can cause you to pay as much as a thousand dollars more. People today are greedy beyond comprehension. Be a better human, Miss Hadley.
She is a thief to her core!! I hope he takes her back for more restitution. Look through any old pics that shows your possessions maybe in the background. Look up those items for pricing. Present that in court. Also he should ask for punitive damages on behalf of him & his daughter! Landthieflord got off way too easy! She should be paying him 50k instead of 5k! 😡🤬
