I miss the old court shows. Everyone wasn't so theatrical. Their answers weren't readily available. On the other hand, the judge is wonderful.

This was a gift originally .... 🤷🏿♀️ But when they broke up and she decided to cancel the trip, they sent him her money back..... therefore he needed to send that money to her as requested and he did not. So then, it turned into not a gift. But originally, it was a gift of them going out of the country together.
The gift was not executed therefore not really a gift. It was a promise of a gift
This is equal justice! She bought the tickets for both of them; it was NOT a gift to him. I agree with this ruling. That man is a gigolo and a thief. I hope he gets his Karma real soon.
I thought the ruling was unfair. She bought the tickets as a gift...he was right about the airline policy...she was a woman scorned and found a!way to get him back for the "mistake" ...didn't see the justice...IJS😮
