ben touched on something that resinated with me…. for quite some time when i started this sport i would always drink a red bull before shooting or planning to shot . i made a life change with ridding myself of sodas, energy drinks. this helped my shooting by far and my scores would increase ever since then. just my personal experience. i was subconsciously unaware of how different sugar levels, caffeine, nicotine change change and restrict the eye or whatever it is. just never thought about what role it plays with your eyes and eye fatigue etc. i would love to hear more on this topic and wonder if anyone has ever changed thier shooting by dropping different stimulus’s from thier diet or routines. thanks guys for the awesome podcasts. on the next ask a coach segment i would love for this question to be asked. love the podcast fellas. we all love what your doing. side note to ben and words of encouragement from a middle age man here in the states….many of us that follow you and know of your shooting have nothing bad to say or never a bad image when your name comes up. We are all glad you are still in the sport. Glad all the negative folks that will remain negative no matter what have not broken your will to compete. Hope you keep crushing the competition overseas

Ben indeed said and I quote if you shoot a silver pigeon buy the cheap one if you shoot a kreighoff buy the metal one implying inferiority as to the silver pigeon.

Again, no one said there was anything WRONG with the silver pigeon. Its simply a less expensive gun. He was referring to 2 different price points of the rail and why you might buy one or the other
