Such a fun and fabulous project. So pretty and I agree you can never have enough glitter. Sparkle makes everything better. I have been struggling with resin of late but I will get back in the horse. plus size teranae loves hauls thank you so much the purple and green are actually color changing pigment so if you look at it in different lights the green is purple and the purple is blue crazy ❤️❤️

wonderful idea!! Not sure about the water though as I have been told for ages water and resin don't mix. :) I would use sand or rice in the cube mold because I would be too worried. You are far braver than I am. :) - Heidi

What type of mold did you use to keep it open for the lights to go in? And how do you secure the lights

@@MonicaBarnesArt I searched for giant pyramid and found it lol. No square silicone thingy, but I've got one from the 6 pack of molds that just arrived, and oh! I get my molds today and now there is not a dandelion in sight. Everyone has mowed their lawn LOL I'm always waiting for something
It turned out amazing, I really like it💓. It's very unique and unusual! I have a pyramid mould, about same size as yours. How much resin does yours take, please? Why didn't you like the glitter? I love glitter and sparkle😀.

You can do an inch to 2 inches at a time wait 24 hours and then pour again that’s how I usually make all my pyramids❤️

Monica love your tutorials . I have a question. I used my pyramid mold for the first time with a ocean theme. Where I used sand on the last layer it stuck to the mold. I got it out but sand and epoxy is stuck to my mold. Is there anyway to save the mold? Thanks in advance Jaylene

To tell you the truth I have no idea I’ve never had that happen to me I’ve had stuff stick to my mold and have had the mold rip and I had to throw them away But I’m not sure about sand sorry❤️

How did you make the square higher? Is it stacked on the other one? This is frikken awesome!

After it is cured I pull the square out a little bit higher and then pour another layer. If I leave the Square in and pour another layer I cannot get the Square out That’s why I do that I hope this helps thanks so much stay safe❤️❤️

The square you added for the light at first looks deep in the pyramid. At the end end it looks to be on top, How did you do this?

I did a layer of resin and let that dry after it dried I pulled the square up a little bit poured another layer let that dry and repeated it until I was done. ❤️
