    ​@@craftsmantv7205may I pick your brain on epoxy projects? First time doing this. Do I have to fully season the maple and oak rounds I cut before I seal them? Or green wood is fine?

    The wood needs to be fully dried before starting epoxy to avoid moisture.

    wow who needs a saw mill or planer....wow ...dad built his own sawmill from shop parts....cuts huge mesquite logs like they were butter....sure miss him....nothing like the smell .....oh you need a cap I saw the other day, sorry I was late but was making saw dust ..something like that...awesome work

    how can you use wood straight from being cut and not have it warp on you? I love it and want to copy it, but I don't know how you go from cut to table that quickly.

    Excellent viewing, wish there was more audio…understand why not. Curious…after 1st. Run, putting small risers for islands and opening the river slightly? Also, after the stand build w/ the translucent bottom, did you cover the bottom w/ anything?👍

    Oh, now I see it. 19:44 you can see a line that tape left. So part of the side of the table was not covered in resin and you see thin line there.

    After pouring the last layer of resin in the mold, you took out the table, polished it and poured another layer even though it was transparent and beautiful. Why? And was that topcoat pure resin or did you mix it with a hardener? I think that you are the only one who made it in this way, because everyone pours the resin lower than the board, then flattens it on a CNC machine, sands it, etc.

    @@craftsmantv7205great job on the table. Was all the epoxy the same? Meaning was all the epoxy 3+ day curing and all the pours had to be done days apart. Hopefully that’s not too confusing

    Yes you are right..it’s all the same mixtures, but i poured it 1/4to 3/8”in each layer when its getting hard or gel.

    No way!! The video was over 20 minutes & was time lapsed!! The resin would take hours to dry!!!
