About Our Guest :
Richa is a firm believer of destiny and karma. “I am where I am and I will be where I will be, because of all that I have done, and learnt.” she says.
Her foundation of hard work and quest to learn new things was laid out early in her advertising days, followed by her experience in the telecom sector. Her stint in the social sector taught Richa the true value of what each one can contribute to society by simply doing our job well!
Today Richa strives to make a difference and contribute to the society by applying all that she has learnt in the areas closest to her heart. Empowering people with disabilities by enabling their livelihoods with employment. Richa is today the Founder and Director of Saarathee.
Saarathee was established in 2018 with an aim to address and enable Disability Inclusion in Corporate India. Saarathee started as a BPO which hired only Persons with Disabilities to establish a business case for their employment into mainstream organisations.
Saarathee has built itself into a technology-friendly organization via an integrated web-based platform that seeks to bridge the gap between skills and opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and the prospective Employers. Saarathee aims to transform the Future of Work!

*There are 7000 known rare diseases in the world.
*Only 5% of them have a known line of medical treatments which are astronomically priced.
*In India, these treatments are unsupported by Insurance or by the Government.
*The only way to access these treatments which run into lacs and crores is through medical crowdfunding.
*The success rate of medical crowdfunding in India for rare disease treatments is less than 2%.
