We would like to thank all of our Emergency Communications Operators here at the Grand Rapids Police Department. They ensure that calls are taken and dispatched, and information is provided to officers in a timely manner. They are also the lifeline to those on the street and ensure all of our personnel are safe. The most recent addition of the "Day in the Life" video series is dedicated to our ECOs.
