Her credibility as a journalist is as about as valuable as his in medicine. Stop ranting. I get it that the deception was awful but, to continue to just rant about the same talking points over and not include others who may have been victims just is tedious. It's a measure of poor journalism and interpersonal skills. She knew that she had made a poor decision and wasn't following her instincts yet continued to. I think she's angry at herself beyond recognition. Losing her husband and not processing her grief, and not putting their child's best interests first really is where it began. Instead she put her own needs before anyone else's. She involved a lot of people and didn't ask the hard questions from the beginning which would have revealed who he was. Who moves a child to another country after something that tragic? A narcissist in love with a narcissist. She's not a victim, a good journalist based on this account, or someone with good parental instincts. This story is awful but not because she was hurt. To be unable to include other subjects diminishes the severity of his actions. I think I would have detached by episode 3 in the story.

How brutal your statement is; since you don't walk in Benita's shoes, you're not feeling what she's feeling; Benita has the right to talk about her experience as much as she desires since it was her experience and you have the right not to listen. If talking about the pain of this devastating experience is a way to overcome it, create a forum to dialogue with other victims and maybe earn a few bucks in the process, then all the power to her. BTW, all the victims are dead except for 1 who was included as he was interviewed.

@@secretaryandactress she has the right to express herself but I don't? If you put yourself on a platform for an audience expect opinions from them. It's called freedom of speech. I didn't get the memo that you couldn't have an opinion. Sorry. I assumed you could comment because there's a place for them. My bad. It must have offended you. Accept my apologies. Sorry Mrs Putin.

Not to mention he was deceiving the world, internationally renowned hospitals, and once she truly realized this, she turned the tables on him. I think it’s easy to judge. I personally think this should have been a dirty John collaboration, to give that context to the story as well.

I too, have sympathy for what Bonita went through, but to consider herself such a fabulous journalist is beyond me. Also, Laura, stop interrupting your guests when they’re answering question you asked.
