This NHI Policy is tricky because the state of public hospitals is still not up to par from equipment, hospital infrastructure, admin to the staff it's a mess. How are we expected to trust this policy will work when the groundwork is messy. We are also tired of these committees and advisory boards /committees that bring no significant change.
