Thank you Luke!! I have been doing the basics, yoga meditation pranayama and good nutrition. While my menopausal symptoms are not severe, I am having sleep issues at night, which is causing me to wake up feeling not so fresh which again sets me back from my exercise routine. So I’m having to go the supplement route to enable me to sleep better to perform better when I wake up.

Can we please have more videos on menopause I have an aunt who's really struggling with severe symptoms... She hasn't slept for s year, has unbearable hot flushes, severe mood swings, etc

Vit d3..calcium Defcy test....do yoga.. Asanas... Pranayama....... Prevention is better than cure.... Lemon grass with ginger tea..thank u luke as always
