Hoe did you go?
I generally take 1.5ius in the AM before cardio, and then another dose 30 minutes pre-workout. I feel that the AM dose did help burn fat, as I saw my BF% drop about 2% over the last 3 weeks of prep, and that’s the only change I made to my regimen in the last few weeks of prep.
John, whats the title of the article about clen increasing beta adrenergic activity in adipose tissue after 18 days?

Are you kidding though? It does work quite well and is very tolerable for long runs at low doses (around 200 mg). There's no need to go all Bostin Loyd with the stuff.
Does Alpha receptors blockers have a downside other than stress?
John mentioned earlier rather than later for T3. About at how many weeks out?
Yohimbine - 0.2mg per Kg of body weight.
What is the range you recommend for t3/t4 that makes sense Overall. If we get bloodwork from the Client its alot easier, but just to now ranges that make sense

American Academy of anti-aging recommends free T3 3-4mIU/L as optimal and TSH 0.5-2.5 mIU/L
Awsome knowledge! Is there a thyroid rebound after a higher T3 dosage 50 to 75 mcg and how long does it usually, does it return to normal levels, your experience? Thanks.

Thryoid isnt hpta where u need months. Thyroid according to all research and anekdotal evidence even after years of being on t3 will recover in few weeks. Give it some selenium and iodine and ur g2g

Ive used up to 100mcg and my function bounced right back. I did titrate down to 50 for a couple weeks, then 25. Some people say you can just jump off it at any dose and you thyroid function will come back idk

@@jamesirizarri4318 great. I am planning to 75 mcg for 6-8 weeks, tapper up and down. I am doing this only once or twice a year to drop 2 to 3 kg.

@@icocress yeah that should be fine I ran 100mcg for about 6 weeks and I recovered pretty quickly it seemed I didn't gain any kind of crazy fat post show

It’s decent, just start very low dose and I use it last weeks of fat loss for last bit of fat to get off
