my brother suddenly became fairly critical of the united states. you three gave me the argumentative and informative tools to help him begin the process of extending that critical view onto capitalism in general. thank you very much, I think this will do my brother well for he was always an ardent defender of capitalism up to now and suffered greatly because of that. I do not want to overwhelm him, but maybe eventually I can present him alternative socialist views of the world without him immediately shutting me out.

Who and What we are is determined by When and Where we're born; downplaying the material conditions of one's life to reduce everything to 'bag of chemicals' is both ahistoric and kind of ignorant. I try to listen to this show but the willfull ignorance is offputting.

This is boring. You list a bunch of larpers who eventually got arrested or disbanded. They're a joke. Why didn't you tackle the actual groups that have power and influence like the banderites. A wasted opportunity.

3:16 GTFO of here with that "conundrum" ! That's what bugs me the most about spiritual believers. The idea of a "soul" deprives you of seeing that the material, the flesh, the hormones, IS what makes us US! And they are wonderful, awe inspiring, divine even! we don't need to invent a soul to be able to see the divine in the mundane! our minds will inevitably attach a symbology to any material reality anyways, it's our nature. Blud is like: if I remove the wheels of my car, will it not be super fast anymore??!?!??! 😱😱😱😱 Go watch/read some Carl Sagan. (all this said with love)

Carl Sagan is for soy boys who have replaced religion with scientism. The scientific method is different from revering the abstract concept of "facts and logic."

Completely moralist critique of fascism, especially at the end of the video. Very non marxist.
