Denny Zager did NOT sing lead on the song "In the Year 2525". His only contribution to the recording of this song was a four word harmony part. "In the Year 2525 (Exordium & Terminus)" was written exclusively, music & lyrics, by Richard (Rick) S. Evans, ©1968 EU-47617 Renewal RE0000730422 Ref: copyright.gov/records also Broadcast Music.Inc BMI. com The lead singer and writer was Rick Evans (guy with the goatee on KZread video). Interesting discussion, but I need to correct one thing: not sure where you got your information, but Rick Evans (the one with the beard) is the composer AND lead singer.
