I love watching your pod casts and truly the only one i watch, i love the interaction you all have with each other, but today Sunday 18th Feb, was sitting down to watch Missouri star Triple play , OMG OMG OMG so excited, the first one up, Jennys Quilt used Strawberry Lemonade, I haven't even finished watching it, but I had to tell you how excited I was to see it in all it's glory from another fave of mine. Love you all.
I immediately went and purchased her Flag quilt pattern!! ❤️🇺🇸💙
What a great interview. Thank you Sherri and Billy for bringing Amy to us. I didn’t know much about her before this and now I do and how can we not love her? 😊 Great to meet you Amy!
Very interesting interview! Thank you!
Excellent interview. I have been receiving Any’s emails for some time now and enjoy what she does.
That was a wonderful interview! I followed Amy’s blog for years when I was a young stay at home mom! Also Amanda Nybergs! I was so sad when she stopped blogging! I still go back once in a while and look through her blog! I didn’t know any young people that quilted, and it made me feel like I wasn’t the only one with this passion and love. Now I am the old person who quilts, hahaha! But I teach sewing classes at a local high school to young girls! I hope to inspire them to one day be makers!
Thanks to both of you for your quilts Take care
Amy’s new collection is beautiful. Just love it.
One of the first fabric collections I purchased was Gingham Girls! I've been a fan ever since. Thank you for introducing me to one of my favorite designers.
I was so glad to see this! I love Amy's blog and it was so nice to "meet" her in person!
I also follow Amy, great interview! You are all on my favorites list!
Really enjoyed this interview. I started quilting in 2019 and my first quilt was one of Amy’s. My daughter still loves it!
Loved this interview with Amy Smart. She was the first quilt blogger I started following when my daughter picked one of her quilt patterns for me to make. Her blog led my journey to several other designers and quilt-a-longs over the years including your blog and videos which I watch regularly and enjoy so much. Thanks for all the inspiration and knowledge you share with this community!
Thank you for sharing your interview with Amy!!! I love following her also!! Her new fabric line looks beautiful!!
I have enjoyed reading Amy Smart's blogs and love her fabrics too. It was very nice to listen to both of you talking together! Nice that you support each other too. Thanks for sharing her with us!
What a great interview. with Amy Smart. Thank you so much for all you do and also Chelsie and Billy.
I love Amy Smart. I have several of her patterns and I’m so excited for her new fabric line, Albion, to come out. The style and especially the colors are right up my alley. Thanks for having her on your podcast. It was a great conversation.
Thank you for your beautiful quilts
Fantastic interview👏👏👏 Thank you ❤️😀
I made my first quilt from a tutorial on Amy's blog! Love her❤
I love Amy’s Portsmouth collection! I’m using it for the twilight stars qal by Lisa bongean.
Another great interview! I throughly enjoyed it. It’s amazing how long you both have been blogging and how similar your stories are. I can’t wait for the Log Cabin SAL coming up. Go Chiefs!! 🥳
I really enjoyed this interview. Thank you. You are right, the Chiefs did it.
I have just finished your Jelly Roll Sampler, went well. I also have a fat quarter bundle of Strawberry and Lemonade and am thinking about which pattern to do with it. Great interview with Amy Smart. Love your enthusiasm.
I really enjoyed the interview with Amy Smart. I bought some of her Sugarhouse Park fabric several years ago when I was just starting to quilt because I raised my kids near Sugarhouse Park! I have followed her ever since. Looking forward to her next line of fabric🎉
So happy to get your pattern from the magazine ❤
Haven’t been able to find the magazine yet. It was not at my store. I’ll keep looking or order online. Great to meet Amy 😊
I love your podcast and really look forward to every other Monday! I downloaded the pattern from the magazine, and it was so easy. Couldn't get the magazine, but now I can start this quilt today! I think I have bought all of the patterns you did in strawberry lemonade and as much fabric as I can find. I love this line of fabric!!
Thank you. I love Amy smart. I have Amy's flag quilt. Fun video
Loved meeting Amy! Fly the Flag is also on my list! Can't wait to get that done.
Great interview, enjoyed so much!
❤. This quilt is gorgeous
I've also had to learn that it's okay to not be busy every second of every day. I still struggle sometimes, but I'm getting better.
Well...........looked up the Christmas Tree quilt that you talked about..... had to have it so I bought it !!!! So cute!!!
I found the magazine by putting it in the Etsy search bar. I ordered on Friday and had it by Monday.
Really enjoyed this interview with Amy. I do receive and enjoy her weekly email, especially when she shares scenery pics! Good call, Billy, Go Chiefs! (yes I'm from Kansas) 😊
49er fan here! Now that’s it’s over! It was a GREAT game and truly, that’s all you can ask for. congratulations to the chiefs. See you in 2025! This interview was great as well Sherri. I enjoy hearing about other quilters journeys. So many I want to make, and so little time…
Really enjoy your interview segments. (And it was a Great Super Bowl…. i was intending on cross stitching while was watching but too exciting and stressful ).
Great interview! Thank you so much!
Great interview, really enjoyed it. Thanks!
Fun video and interview with Amy Smart. Her book is in my cart. LOL ❤😊
Thank you for this post!
I’m fairly new to the quilting world, so this interview was a great intro to a nice lady who I’m gonna check out now- thanks Sherri!
I’ve really enjoyed this episode. I follow Amy Smart and love her collections too. My fabrics are picked and prepped for the APQ sew along with your Hearts of Home
Wonderful interview...love Amy too (along with you all)! Thank you so much! XO Joan
I have two of Amy's patterns and fabric to make them in my queue. (Also have several of Chelsi's and Sherrie's, but bumped Sherrie's log cabin to the front of the line, as love it so much. I had to send a copy of the magazine to my cousin in Galveston when I sent a photo of the front of the magazine, as she wants to do it as well. Loved the interview with Amy.
I managed to get my magazine with your Heart of the Home Quilt. Looking forward to do my first log cabin quilt. Thanks for sharing 👍❤️🙂
I subscribe to the American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. I love this quilt and will be making the 18" log cabin pillow this week with your Strawberry Lemonade jelly roll. Your fabrics make me happy. 😃 Just beautiful! Thank you! 🤗
Hi Sherri, Billy Billy, you are so comfy now in front of the camera. Great Job guys
Just bought my copy of APQ magazine yesterday! (Barnes and Noble has a magazine section)
I really appreciate the down to earth way of both of you Ladies. So giving and willing to share your gifts with all of us. Thank you! Also, Sherri I bought the magazine specifically for your pattern. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful pattern.
I'm so excited for Amy's new line! Beautiful colors!
Just signed up for Amy’s blog. Thank you for introducing her to some of us.
missed you Chelsei, but great to see Billy filling in for you. 👋 Sherri enjoyed your interview with Amy
Thank you Sherri and Billy for a great podcast. Billy was right about his Super Bowl pick! Sherri, I ordered the Cozy Earth Body Butter that you mentioned! Can't wait to get it! Thank you!!
My two favorite quilt bloggers!
Your work is amazing Sheri. Love Hearts of the Home.
My magazine arrived Friday. What a darling quilt. I look forward to making it. The Log Cabin is one of my favorite quilts to make. I love the little blocks in the centers. 😍❤️🧵🪡
Good Morning ☀️I particularly enjoyed this interview as the first big quilt I made (after retiring) used Amy’s directions for a square in a square block. I was so happy with it!
Loved hearing both your and Amy's quilting journeys. Great interview. I've been searching locally for the APQ magazine for the Hearts of Home pattern, and finally found it in a grocery store! Making the little banner first...it will make a great practice piece for the quilt pattern.
Hi Sherri I know this is off topic but I your skin looks so hydrated with your makeup. Would you mind sharing what products you use? This was a great interview. I took the day off and got to watch it this morning. Your prediction was right Billy- superbowl.
Great interview! Knew of her as a quilt designer but not that she designed fabric.
I am so happy that EQ and the magazine teamed up with you for this quilt along. This pattern is beautiful and I am already making stars.
Oh my goodness!! My strawberry lemonade fabric came on Friday, and I love it! I can't wait to make the heart of the home quilt which will be my first log cabin quilt. Thank you Sherri & Chelsi for designing beautiful fabric to sew with!! ❤
Great interview!
I'm so excited to start this quilt. I got a fat quarter bundle when you gave us the hint about it. I love the pattern
Good pick Billy! It was a great game as both teams were great.
Yay for Billy being up front.😊
Good call, Billy! 🏈
Is there a kit for the wall quilt. It is fabulous.
So charming ❤
Oh gosh, i was thinking that Billy was going to ssy these were his quilts. Lol.😅
I tried to find the magazine with this quilt, at a grocery store. It had no quilting magazines but it did have 3 witches magazines.

@8machines62- unfortunately, there are “these” stores in our area as well. Seems all they have available are what’s referred to as “gossip & garbage propaganda.” Hope you find it soon. Such a wonderful pattern💕🧵

Every Quilter could use body butter
Love you and your quilts! This video was really hard to watch with the picture flipping back and forth, I would have really enjoyed a split screen instead.
