Great, informative video! Just once piece of feedback, I found the colorful cube animations very distracting, and they don't really add anything to the video from a practical standpoint. Not sure if anyone else found this, but just my two cents!

How do we not leave the less tech confident population behind? I think we forget about this mass amount of people. Branches aren't and shouldn't be dead at the moment. They just need to have their purpose repositioned.

I agree with what you say about branches on the current basis. But I think those fintech companies will completely replace the traditional branches in the long run and for that reason, they target today's youth and digitally literate society who will become tomorrow's aging generation.

I had to laugh at the guy who said figuring out a tip is burdensome 😂. Either he doesn’t know basic math or he’s a wus. He would have died in his grandparents’ time. Figuring out a tip is not a hardship.
