I need to say that, her prayer at the end was actually felt here. I've encountered the holy spirit during my own awakening and she is lit. Thank you for your prayer, Danica. God bless you and may God bless all who are reading. There's a beautiful kingdom awaiting.

Totally prayed for Danica for a number of years. Watched Wonder Years, loved her math book for my girls, loved her on Hallmark and just felt like I should pray. Such Good News. Loved to hear how God was at work. Always noticed her and Candace ended up in the same space, wondered if there was a friendship.

The Holy Spirit Unctions us to pray. Thank God we obey! Example: One time my Faith sister told me that she was told to pray for Gwyneth Paltrow she hadn’t had her on her mind or even thought of her in a while. It’s just like a ‘light of love’ that lumens your attention and you know it and you know to pray. So, she prayed for Gwyneth. She said, “Lord I don’t know why, but, you know the why. So I am praying in Jesus’ mighty name for an umbrella of protection over Gwyneth and her family. Praise The Lord and your mighty WORD! “ The next day on the news and across social media, Gwyneth was on a mope head riding with one of her children in traffic. I can’t remember what place. But, she was trying to merge in front of another vehicle, I think it was a bus, and the vehicle nearly hit them both! Very very close call, a miracle! Praise God Almighty!

That is so true about those actors who played Jesus! When you love God with all your heart, mind and soul is the only way to be successful in that representation. My first thought is Jim Caviezel “Passion of the Christ” He has an interview where he talks about what happened to them when they were filming. How he almost died of pneumonia, how he broke some bones, how they were snakes all around the cross where they were filming and theses snake were not part of the production. And, so much more. It was when I saw that film is when I came to know and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior! ❤️✝️

I can’t tell you the joy this brings me. I always enjoyed the Wonder Years since I grew up around the era portrayed in the series. Someone in the Bible study I teach bought me the DVD set. I wondered as I watched “Does anyone pray for these actors?” I thought. I should. And so I have for the last four years. Interestingly, it was Danica who weighed the most heavily on my heart. I left a comment on one of her KZread videos telling her that I was praying for her and her husband and son along with Crystal and her mom. I am sure other believers were praying as well. What a thrill that God in his grace lays it on the minds and hearts of his people even to pray for those they know only from a television series. I will continue to pray for Danica that she would get opportunities to share her faith with the others. God is so good!

ALANON really helped my brother grow as an adult. Me, I went on a long journey from weekly altar boy to agnosticism, eastern religions, physics, pondering the depth and age of the Universe ... and back around to where I started, only from a different (broader) perspective. It all makes sense to me now. Good to see one of my favorite childhood (and Hallmark/GAF) stars being so grounded and loving. Makes me like her even more. Good for her!

I love the excitement that stirred up in Danica over her epiphany of who Christ is. Her journey will be an exciting one. I know it is all new but it is important to not misrepresent what it is that Christ actually said and taught. To be a Christian you absolutely need to be Baptized. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:18-20. No Christian should dispute this or dilute it, it is Jesus words in the Gospel. And yes you have to go to Church. Jesus, also said that not one word of the law would pass away. The Law being the Ten Commandments. Keep Holy the Sabbath is one of the ten. Matthew 5:18 Learn and grow. It is important, but be careful, because you have influence and that influence demands discernment and understanding of what you are saying. Lack of understanding is why so many have been confused for so long. God Bless you on the journey, the advocate has much to teach you and because you are receptive He will pour it out.

She’s doing great I love it! Now she needs to be discipled with some sound doctrine. Sometimes when celebrities become believers we tend to stand them up on a pedestal like trophies and trade them around. They never get the foundational roots they need deep and they end up falling away. A lot of celebrities step out of the spotlight when they come to know Christ and just sit down and receive for a year or two and get their roots grounded deep. I remember Nguyen ted Dibiase the pro wrestler got saved. He went to a church in the Midwest and nobody saw him for like two years. He was getting grounded in space before he got back in public. I think she’s off to a great start, but she needs to get in a good Bible believing church and be Discipled

I’m so happy for Danica! I worry about you saying so many things don’t matter. Anything the Bible says is God’s word. We are to follow his plan of salvation. For example, repentance, and baptism are absolutely necessary!!

  • @jillshippy5157

    @jillshippy5157

    Жыл бұрын

Baptism is not necessary for salvation ( ie thief on the cross) but we ARE to obey what Jesus says, such as to be baptized and NOT to forsake gathering together. In addition, we ARE to love ALL people but even Jesus in his acceptance of everyone said to “go and sin no more”. So while we come to him “as IS” in all our sin and brokenness, to follow Him means changing from continuing purposely to live a life in a sinful way. That doesn’t mean we won’t ever sin again! It is up to Jesus to continue that change in us because we are human and will continue to “fall”. Jesus is the only sinless person. But our salvation isn’t based on our performance, it is a GIFT of God to all who would believe! Following Jesus and growing in His likeness is a life long journey and will only be completed when we are with Him in heaven❣️

Repentance, is a change of heart...you change your mind about God, and who he says he is. You put your faith and trust in Jesus that he is who he says he is and he died on the cross, was buried, and ressurected for the remission of our sins, past, present, and future. When you accept Jesus as your Savior, you don't want to sin and you want to please him, but we still sin. His shed blood covers us completely and fully. We cannot earn salvation. It is a free gift from God, with no strings attached, thankfully, praise God!! JESUS PAID ALL, GIVE HIM THE FULL GLORY! otherwise we put ourselves in it, and we did nothing, WHEN HE GAVE EVERYTHING...blessings

God Wink ... We had a house fire back in 2011. The fire went up the wall of the deck, outside the kitchen, and tore through the attic, where we store all of our Christmas ornaments and decorations. I went up into the charred remains of the attic with charred and even some burned through rafters, against the advice of the fire department and insurance companies, and I dug through the ashes. The plastic bins were melted, most of the ornaments and decorations burned, broken, or covered in melted, burned plastic. I'd say 95% of the decorations were destroyed - the ones I was able to save tended to have been stored at the bottoms of bins. The heat up there had to have been intense! The nativity set my mother had given me -- which had belonged to (my maternal grandparents)-- was in a cardboard box. It was sitting *on top* of the flattened remains of a plastic bin full of decorations, all destroyed save a few in the bottom. The bin had literally burned and melted out from under it. The outside of the cardboard box containing the nativity scene was scorched pretty well. But the nativity scene was fine inside. The building is made of pressed paper, and the roof is painted with thick acrylic paint, the sides with gray and black paint. Unscathed. Yup, I get that it could have been random. But it was a little hard to ignore. I guess it's our choice. Do we want to live in a world where miracles happen, or a world where everything is just dumb random chance? I'm opting for the miracle one. It's more exciting, and guides you to be grateful.

Love Danica!🥰 The Chosen I definitely wouldn't recommend to baby Christians just coming back to Christ because it's basically based on a true story with some things added to it for entertainment purposes which can be a little confusing to those who don't really read the bible persay. Even Dallas the director says that they had to add some things that are not in the bible.

I´m soooo happy for Danica!!!! However something was said here that worries me: to receive the Holy Spirit you must get baptized!!! Matthew 3:13-17, Jesus was baptized, so we would follow His footsteps! / John 3: 1-15 Jesus telling Nicodemus you must be born again from the water to get into Heaven! - And after you get baptized in the water, every first day of the week (sunday morning in church with your brothers and sisters in Christ, never alone) you gotta take the unleavened bread and natural grape juice to announce His death and resurrection, Acts 20:7. I understand Jesus reveals Himself little by little to people and it is a jorney, where you start is not where you end, so I hope Danica keeps studying the Bible and see these passages and makes the right decision! It´s my wish to Carlos as well!!!

What about the thief on the cross?!! All he said was, " remember me" and Jesus said, "today, you will be with me in paradise" all it took was a belief in Jesus' death, burial and ressurection....you can't earn salvation, it is a free gift!!! The world says, "DO, DO, DO"....Jesus says" DONE"

  • @fabiadutra8711

@@jesusis1459 Hello!!! Thank you for replying!! He said that because there was no way for the thief to get off of the cross and get baptized, and Jesus also wouldn´t do it, but since He is maximum authority, He saved him the way He could at that moment! Gladly, we are not in that situation, and Jesus said it Himself: "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit" - John 3:5, so it´s not the world who´s telling us to get baptized, it´s Jesus. There are many passages in the New Testament that talks about people´s baptism after annoucing their new found faith. Acts 2:38 sums it up: "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit". By the way, you´re right, Salvation is a free gift, anyone can accept Jesus, announce and confess Him as their Savior, get baptized, receive the Holy Spirit and live their life according to The Word from that point forward!

It's God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It does matter what you call them. I'm glad she knows Him, but pray people don't misinterpret what she's saying. We can't turn it into something that suits us. Hebrews 13:8 - Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever. ♡ Edit: He asked her, "ask who?", and she doesn't answer. You can ask informally, but you definitely have to ask it to God or Jesus.

With due respect to you and Danica, Jesus was not completely against religion. He was against people like the Pharisees, who hid behind rules to live in hypocrisy and oppression toward others. But there were some things that Jesus was very adamant about, like addressing various sins and noting the consequences related to them. To use a popular example, "Jesus was not Barney the Dinosaur." He wasn't politically correct, even drawing a very distinct line in the proverbial sand to divide right from wrong.

One only needs to reflect on the Cross and the two criminals who were crucified with Christ. The one criminal asked Christ to remember him when he entered his Kingdom. Christ responded that he would today be with him in Paradise. How was this criminal Saved given that he was a criminal, never was Baptized, had no knowledge of Scripture or the church , never attended a bible study yet, he was Saved. Read the dialogue between the two criminals to get a clear picture of the requirements for Salvation.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: Who is now the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. So glad Jesus knocked and you answered. I am Roman Catholic and may I suggest you look up the US Bishop’s website for the daily bible readings. Typically, the readings have an Old Testament and New Testament reading. Typically the Old Testament reading is a fire shadow of the New Testament reading. It has helped me understand the Bible. Kee going! You and God are a powerful team!

There is a true Christianity and a false. Revelation, Daniel, and many other books of the Bible lay this out clearly for us. So it’s important to be aware of that so we aren’t caught up in it. This is the reason Jesus tells us in Revelation 18:4 to “come out of her and to be part of her sin so you aren’t also part of her plagues”. The “her” here is the harlot described in revelation 13 and 17. A harlot in Bible prophecy symbolizes false Christianity.

Great discussion and praise be Christ for Danica discovering Our Savior. However, there is always more to learn, and as a new Christian, I think Danica should do some more studying about denominations, especially Roman Catholicism, the Church founded by Christ himself. Without getting into the debate about true, denominational beliefs, the issue with non-denominational or semi-denominational Christian faith is that basic tenets of Christianity are often lost. From this short interview, It would seem that both Danica and Carlos have a wishy-washy version of the need for baptism. This is a basic, Christian belief (Mt. 16:16, John 3:5, 1 Peter 3:21, etc.) Additionally, the idea of "judging" people is so often confused with "admonishing." Sin is real, and while it's true we shouldn't be hypocritical or be overly judgemental and that we should truly love everyone, this notion that we should just "love everyone" without due consideration of the kind of life they are living is, to say the least, misguided. Obviously, I'm not trying to be hurtful, but sadly, that's how most people interpret these kinds of comments. Danica is absolutely right that not everything has an explanation and that Christianity has many unexplainable aspects. However, that doesn't mean there aren't false beliefs or a correct interpretation/viewpoint. It's impossible for truth to be relative in religion because that would make Christ's teachings contradictory. I would graciously suggest that Danica try looking into some of denominational beliefs and instead of focusing on feelings( which is still very important for faith), focus more on facts. Believe something because it's true, not necessarily because it "feels right." Again, I'm not trying to be disrespectful or spew hate, but I think it's important to seek out the sole truth once you find something, especially when it has to do with the most important part of your life: Jesus Christ. If the person reading this would like some Catholic resources, I suggest Catholic Answers(KZread and .com), Ascension Presents with Fr. Mike Schmitz, and Pints with Aquinas. If you've made it this far, thanks for listening:)

God doesn't care what we look like, he cares about the heart. And those tattoos didn't kill or hurt him. Nothing can destroy our spirit in Christ.

Tattoos certainly aren’t something that should be celebrated by Christians. I hope he has repented for those, but concerning that he boldly shows them. Stick to what the word says.

@@daved7808 if you stick to what the Word says then he's fine. We are saved by grace and there's no condemnation in Christ Jesus. Pray for your judgmental heart towards others. I know tattoos can be used against God, just as much as anything else can, but as long as they aren't displaying anything intentionally against God, we shouldn't look down on this man.
