I watched your video close to a year ago and came back to tell you you basically saved my life. I had this issue almost 15 years ago and was given antibiotics for it, but seemed there was some discomfort that persisted following. Fasting for 1 or 2 days and just consuming raw garlic with water is what does the trick for me. But yes too much carbs or sugar is what triggers the flare ups.

Do you avoid the gluten during treatment sir?

Went to a urologist who prescribed strong antibiotics, which I didn't want to take. Then went to another who said that it was inflammation, and recommended stretches. Ultimately nothing helped until garlic. You're a legend! It was amazing how much it helped. Will tamp down on carbs and hopefully that'll control it.👍👍

It only radiated to the lower abdomin when it got bad. I been suffering with this symptom for a few years,after I start having a 1garlic clove cutting into a lot of pcs put in my food pai left little by little. I had Epididymitis at 19 and had two rounds of antibiotics. Even after that I still had pain. Cleaning up the diet and adding tumeric and ginger to my diet really helped me. I do have flare ups whenever the diets bad

I think I had this for years and I remember all the doctor said is it comes and goes I’m just now searching for it again to get the name of it 😢

I had it once and I never ever want to experience that again. It was excruciating. The most pain I've ever felt. I saw the doctor and the first thing he said after diagnosing it was, " Are you promiscuous?" "I'm not, and I've been happily married for 15 years", I replied. The only thing I think could have caused my epididymitis was taking pain medication for my back and not drinking hardly any water and being outside when it was 110° that day, also being in a hot tub and having a couple alcoholic beverages.

Did you have pain ejaculating prior to the diet clean up at all? I’ve had ultrasounds been on medications everything and nothings worked they keep telling me it’s just a “bacterial infection” and should go away with antibiotics

Funny that you mention candida overgrowth, because I have experienced that but inside my mouth, leading to nasty painful sores that flare up throughout the day. And I have epididymitis, so your theory of the candida connection could be accurate! My epididymitis started with a physical injury, if that helps to be more specific.

Apparently another cause is an irritation of the nerves and or muscles of the pelvic floor. There are specific stretches and pressure points that many guys are saying cured this thing. I’ve been finding them on utube. I sprained my groin stretching too much and developed a mild case. Apparently some of the nerves that run along your butt and around the groin ( the perineum) go into the testicles.

Thanks for this video! I just got back from the emergency room from pain in my right testicle I was gonna wait to see my doctor but the pain was sort of messing with me. They did a ultrasound and said it's epididymitis I'm not sexually active so I don't think it's sexually transmitted, they gave me some medicine to fight the infection off. Watching your video you mention candida overgrowth I have dealt with that before but it affects my face I'll be honest my diet isn't the best I eat a bunch of junk bread, chips, cookies you name it and I've probably ate it. I will be trying to give all that up to find some relief.

When I went to the emergency room, they did a ultrasound and I have a cyst on my epididymis okay so after the medicine and all that from the er I felt fine, weeks later I started feeling like shit again I couldn't sit down cause I felt like my balls were getting squeezed 24/7 I was in pain. So I did a little research and decided to do a 72 hour water fast and ice baths every night I did the ice baths for about a week and felt so much relief. My discharge papers said to do warm sitz baths but I felt like that was making it worse for me. Just last week it flared up again I did the water fast and ice baths and I'm back to normal. Dealing with this is kind of trial and error what works for some doesn't work for the rest you know. Hopefully you got it checked out by a doctor/emergency room just to make sure it's epididymitis and nothing else and if you're healthy and able to I would totally recommend doing a 72 hour water fast and ice baths dude.

I'm 35 , all I know I was in gym doing squats and jumping Jacks , I'm on bed at the moment , all I'm concerned is it doesn't happen again in . My father who is doctor helped me and I asked local doctor here he suggested same thing . Don't move, have medicine let's hope it doesn't happen again . Yes reducing weight specially pelvic fat helps alot . After I get alright I'll focus on that

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice but I would take one or two garlic pills a day when I had a flare up. You can use garlic or the pills. The pills do not have much garlic odor. This worked for me but depending on each person’s situation it may not work the same. I hope you find relief.

So after waiting to finally see a Urologist I was told to stop looking for the cause or source of pain and that I would never find out, they stated that I have chronic epididymal pain syndrome otherwise known as Idiopathic Orchalgia, which after some extensive research accounts for 50% percent of patients! But what I want to know is about the other 50%? Which suggests a causal link to for example nerve damage from a Inguinal hernia operation, which I had back in 2022 about ten months back, there were complications as I woke up under General anesthetic just as they were finishing up, so was put back under and had the entire operation again, I strongly feel that this is the reason I am still in a bad way, but the Urologist would not even entertain the idea as in his own words" we don't deal with hernias" Well thanks for stating the obvious but all I wanted was some investigation, instead I was told to accept that my life now is just painkillers! I am 57 not 77!!

So sorry to hear about the possible complications from the surgery. I had the same operation a year ago and have had no negative side effects. No to lower back pain but yes to occasional pain in my lower abdomen

I think you hit the nail on the head here. What if a fungal infection is inside the testes. I have been taking antiboitics on and off for six months now. Originally had an infection in the testes treated with Oflaxicin. Antiboitics helped but if l stop taking them it spreads to my scrotum,groin and thigh. No uti has been detected.

Yes, its true sir because i also feel the pain. Best way is not eating NUTELLA/ too much sugar i think thats the factor and only eat half every meal.. The Dr diagnosed me with Epididymitis after examination (by hands). Ultrasound didn't show anything at all. So i was a little bit skeptical but i am taking anti-inflammatory drug for the moment as he told me and i am feeling a little bit better

My right ball has been bothering for the last few days. I feel fine when I sleep but when I wake up and the day goes on , I will start having pain in my right ball thru out the day. I took STD test about a month ago and they were all negative. I thought at first it might be urinary tract infection which usually go away after 3-4 days of taking some UTI medication and drinking cranberry juice. I'm diabetic also so I will have to try low carb diet and take some garlic pills to see if that helps.

I have noticed that physical activity always made mine worse. Since you are a diabetic, make sure you are under the care of a doctor when changing your diet. I m having it for three months ,I had a antibiotic course for two weeks and then my doctor told me to take bed rest with tablets for a month,eventhough the reports said that I have abcess in the testicles ,and day by day my inflammation has drastically reduced and pain gone away in 3 weeks,by occasionally the pain may come.. after 3 months it have been reduced 90 % but after that we should take care of it by having plenty of water and natural antibiotics.....to flushh all .....by the way it is curable dont worry......👍👋

Rich I just ordered your book. Have had orchitis(similar to Epididymitis) went to the ER for ultrasound, and it was that infection called orchitis. I had it bad for more than five years. After sex the pain by the right testicle would really flare up bad. Antibiotics gave me relief but the pain came back about 2 months later. Finally in my desperation with this chronic illness i decided on my own to apply anti inflamatory cream directly on the affected testicle did not know weather it would work. If it was candida, wouldn’t yeast or bacteria show in the urine? I went to the ER months ago because I had this pain, with inflammation, mostly on my left side. They ran all kinds of test and found the cysts but only found small traces of blood and ketones in the urine. They gave me an antibiotic and the pain went away shortly. Now, it’s returned and I have to go to the doctor again. I will say that I have been eating a lot of carbs and junk food lately, so that does make me think about this…

I had problems when I was eating a lot of carbs. I am not 100% sure it was a candida overgrowth but when I lowered my carbs and junk the inflammation and pain went away.

Is there evidence that epididymitis can be caused by repetitive heavy lifting/trauma? I do work in manual labor, I have definitely been overexerted. I've done many tests, I know it is non sexual. But I don't understand why I started feeling this pain. I've gotten to the point where it can be hard to walk, sit, stand, push or pull. I have my third urologist appointment coming uo in a week. I'm so exhausted from feeling this way everyday. I'm definitely going to try the garlic. Just wondering if there is any other advice someone might be willing to give me dealing with the pain?

Hi, i am diagnosed with epidymitis like inflammation of tube and epidymal cyst. I was taking antibiotics and pain killer. I had carbs and sugar intake also. now pain is less but still i feels there is inflammation on left side of testicle. I have been pain-free for the last three years by changing my diet and practicing better hygiene, as explained in both those videos. Every situation is different, and I am not a Doctor, and this is not medical advice. You may want to read through the comments to see if any of them can help you. Often there are solutions right around the corner.

I also have testicle pain for three years and I have visited more than 20 doctors. And none of them could understand the reason. Ejaculation also aggravates my pain. Hey try out ayurveda and ayurvedic medications. They're like homeopathy, work slow but effective. I had UTI (E. Coli) and underwent elopathy treatment with multi sessions of antibiotic injections, but it kept lapsing and the pain would return. So i turned to ayurvedic consultation and medication. It worked really well eliminating the pain and swelling.. I'm still undergoing the final phase of the treatment. Its a long process that needs commitment to routine.

3 Years I have suffered from this with constant pain in both testes, and taken numerous multitudes of antibiotics which sometimes eases it but mostly not, and today a NHS urologist simply stated that I have to accept the fact that this is my life now!!?? He said there is no magic pill to help or cure and him as a surgeon could do nothing with a scalpel to help?? I mean ffs I wasn't asking for him to do anything surgical I just wanted some causation to be explored and looked at, I have multiple cysts in both sides which thankfully are not cancerous but all they want to do is dismiss or condescend and knob you off (no pun intended) and put you on pharma backed pain management of either pregabalin or benzo's or both, which do nothing for the pain! I am unable to bend forward or reach up or down without searing pain and I am sick of it, ice or heat my constant testicle companions and I take nsaids all to no avail!

They said my dad had this.. we done a ultrasound there was blood flow.. then a week later we done another ultrasound now there saying the testicle is dead but continue taking antibiotics till operation to remove testicle. I don't know what to do. I reckon it's not dead, it's young doctors just having a guess

Sorry to hear about your dad's situation. You may want to try another doctor to see if they have a different opinion. I hope he finds relief.

I've been suffering from epididymitis and on antibiotics fr 10 weeks but infection hasn't gone yet. Can a person have sex or pregnant a woman if he has chronic epididymitis?

For anyone looking for immediate relief. This is going to sound weird but it helped me , get a glass of cold water no ice and dip your scrotum and penis in. After a minute the swelling went down.

This EXCRUCIATING pain that feels like you've been kicked in the ball started when I was 24; I'm 47 now. I'd get a "flare up" every once in a while, can never wear boxers (no support) because that brings it on, can barely walk/move around, and DEFINITELY no sex because that causes blood in the ejaculate. YIKES!!! My doctor and I have done a lot of research on this and discovered this is called Vasitis. An irritation or infection of the tubes that produce/store/move the sperm. The severity of the symptoms differ, but are usually consistent from person to person. Soaking in a warm bath, supportive underwear (briefs, boxer briefs, jock straps), and not being "abusive" (sexually) to your balls alleviate/eradicate the pain, symptoms, and flare ups within a day or two. This is just what my experience has been with this "ailment"; and that it hopefully help someone/anyone!!
