Hi Richard, just out of interest in relation to hygiene. Do you think circumcision would help? I'm currently uncircumcised and I've been dealing with this for a good 8/9 years now. As mentioned, i've noticed that hygiene is definitely a factor as it can trigger flare ups. Doctors always say that being circumcised is much cleaner, maybe circumcision will help?

That is a good question. I am circumcised and had issues, so I cannot say for sure. Looking back to all the years I suffered, I think it would have been a good idea to wash there a few times a day and maybe even change my underwear at least once. I am not a doctor and am not qualified to give medical advice.

15 years I had this condition...no Dr or medication cud help me..15 years everyday my left testicles was burning..I even wished to cut it of myself to get rid of pain..one day it jct ended .nobody helped me..I dont know how it ended..I dont even wish 4 my enemy to have this condition....my hand was always in my testicle trying to rub it..can u imagine the embarrassment

I remember at times I even found myself strapping my left testicle with a dark tape,sometimes rubber band it wud help ease up the pain a little bit...if I had to travel long time with a car I wud cry as epididymitis was more painful when I was seated. Imagine travel full 3 hours with a burning testicle..I guess it comes and goes as I saw on the comments someone said so .that's my case..it jct vanished after 15 years..I so wish it never comes back..

Hi Richard, i have got my ultrasound 3 to 4 times , went to to many urologist everything is fine. No swelling , no infection they cannot detect anything. But i am suffering from left testicle pain for over 6 months what can i do ?

What ive been experiencing. When i take an ice cold shower. The pain goes away completely. I really recommend cold showers. I know it can be hard. But it helps me a lot. I recommend doing cold showers for 2 minutes. And i recommend to take a look at videos from Wim Hof.

I have had pain in my epididimis for about 5 years now it has gotten more painful as the years have passed. It normally flares up before or during sex and after ejacuolafion. When I go to the doctor they tell me I'm fine because there's no swelling or pain at the time. I need help bad

hi guys, I hope you can share about same case like mine, i had uti for few months but i didn't eat antibiotics until i had an other sick, and required me to drink lots of water but my mistake was i drink half water of big mug and in the morning my left testicle was hurt 2 days after the pain wasn't go i go to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics and it's work, but in few day at night my bottom right testicle was hurt i don't know what caused but i think it because my testicles hit the seam of my trousers when i was riding my motorcycle, after the pain in night at the morning i was found a lump on the bottom right testicle in 1 day after i found it, i squeezed that and it was hurt but after i go to doctor and he gave me levoflaxacin when the antibiotics finished i squeezed the lump and it didn't hurt but my question is why the lump didn't go away and sometimes the pain is comeback from the lump but if i squeezed it didn't hurt, please share to me if you have this same symptoms, o yea my epididymitis was 67 days on going

It’s at the top back of the testicle. It’s the tube. Get hold of ciprofloxacin. It will clear it up

It started when I was exactly ur age...then I lived with it 4 full 15 years...

Mine is painful as well so is my groin and lower abs. I can pee but that ache... I went to the doctor he checked and it hurt to touch plus idk if it has always been there. But he found a lump inside the tests. They did a urine sample and found nothing. But that is freaking me out. It also shoots from the left or right and my balls are sagging.

I follow a low-glycemic diet. Breakfast: Chia Pudding and strawberries, Base Culture Keto Bread. Lunch: A large salad with some protein added. Dinner: Lots of low glycemic vegetables and some protein with a healthy fat like avocado. I try not to snack; if I do, I will eat olives and nuts. My goal is to keep my blood sugar at a stable level all-day.

I had epididmytis i feel numbness in right leg and pain in right testis when i youch testis it feel like some extra mass deposite in top of testis please help

Wait does It go away on its own? I searched it up on google and it said you needed medications and it could cause a lot of problems and your testicles would develope lumps and stuff I’m really really scared since I have health anxiety and like the sides of my legs hurt it feels like it were my testicles but it’s sometimes my thighs.Everyday my pain goes away slowly it does not hurt a lot like a little bit but it feels like it’s burning.Sometimes it’s both of my testicles sometimes it’s just one but the pain is not extreme or anything it’s just pain.Sometimes when I’m just laying in bed it sticks with my leg and it starts hurting also when I put my legs together and put pressure it hurts as well.

I am sorry to hear about your pain. I know how you feel. There are many causes of Epididymitis which means there can be several ways to cure it. I was able to do it with diet and hygiene. Antibiotics did nothing for me. However, this is an area of the body where some serious things can occur, and it is best to be seen by a doctor to rule them out. I am not a doctor and am not able to give medical advice. I can only share the journey I had to heal. I had a really bad flair up one time and i decided to get a ultrasound and was diagnosed with a 3mm epidymal cyst i notice the little lump and it doesn’t hurt no more hoping it goes away on its own still waiting on my urologist appointment but for the past month i was thinking it was a hernia but i have had multiple mri’s cat scan and there is no signs of muscle tears or anything i have been having groin ache on my left side but other than that i hope i can get this resolved.

I'm going to try this hygiene and cleaning, I think that is the true answer. Thank you for your experience and being open about it. It's been messing with me because I can make it go away almost altogether through ejaculation, but will come back if I stop. This has been making me more and more lustful. Fortunately I've had it for several years and hasn't ever gotten out of control. Will update if I can finally beat this mfer. Was scared to go to the doctor for a long time, randomly found it in the shower in early teen years.

This is definitely the way to fix any cysts and any other toxins throughout the body. The only slight dilemma is that the fluid will go away almost instantly through many different practices such as fasting, healthy diet, good hygiene, etc. To disintegrate the sac itself it takes around 3-6 months of these continued practices. The cysts sac is strong and can't go away immediately because any tissue under the sac can become infected if the body got rid of it too fast. Returning to unhealthy manners can make them come back in the exact same spots, but at least these proactive measures can get you through life. By the time I'm 80, I probably won't even care anymore. But always best to be healthy. I feel like my kidneys have cleared out as well and I feel lighter.

Been dealing with this off and on for about 14 years. Never had swelling, just the dull mild ache in my left testicle and the feeling of having to urinate when in reality it couldve waited. Occasionally a mild sting when peeing but nothing major. I have recently switched to the Hanes boxer briefs with the support pouch and that has helped some. My urologist has said that he could run a seperate clinic on Epididymitis alone😂
