@@saxenart Crohn's disease is an auto-immune disease which primarily affects the digestive tract. It causes inflammation and ulcers to form which can lead to permanent damage, bowel obstruction and operations. Symptoms can include abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea (sometimes with blood), fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, and fever.

I’m honestly impressed at how much she can eat. I feel like I can only do about half of what she did before feeling like I’m gonna die. All that food looked so good 😍

Hey Rose. I love your videos and all your recipes and suggestions for vegan foods/ingredients. I struggle with an eating disorder and wanted to inform you that labeling sugary things as unhealthy isn’t super correct, we like to make it our enemy! Yes it some of the stuff you ate weren’t ideal in all nutritional needs, but not necessarily unhealthy 😊

Yes to ketchup chips! Lol Ruffles just came out with a ketchup flavour and it’s accidentally vegan. Oh and my fav rom com is “Down with Love”. It has Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger as the leads.

How many hours do you usually go for a walk?

2:24 same I need coffee first before having any kind of human interaction! also me: starts making coffee at 1pm when i wake up at 10am 😅 but that’s why I usually batch brew and store it in the fridge maybe once/twice a week and call it “cold brew”

I got them from yvettesports - i love love love! I think i might still have a coupon code from working with them a few months ago - not sure if it still works but you can try "cheaplazyvegan" (i don't get anything from it, but it might give you a discount LOL)

Ok but I bought some seaweed rolls from HMart last month and air fried them. Been dreaming about them since. 😩😍

I eat all day delicious organic fruits lots... and in the evening a big Indian curry with salat... so every day is the most satisfying day possible... never need sweets or cheat anymore cause I nourish myself optimal... fruits is queen 💚🍏🍌

I’m convinced Asian girls have an ultimate appetite skill. I’ll finish one meal and immediately start thinking about the next thing I want to eat 😅

OMG I can totally relate to being completely burnt out of the thrillers, dramas, and the Euphoria/Riverdale type of series that are creepily eerie or saddening! That’s why I’ve been watching less TV in general 😂 although I know there are some AWESOME Japanese rom-coms with great storytelling and filmmaking! ❤️ P.S. I don’t know how you are all that food but only put on 5.8 pounds! Even when I eat healthily, I gain 5 pounds in one day, but maybe that’s because I drank an exorbitant amount of water and eat heaps of vegetables everyday, so who knows? 😆
