Nah eagles cowboys clears this by miles. Only bc it’s the nfc east. This definitely ranks after much of the nfc east rivalries (eagles cowboys, cowboys giants, eagles giants, cowboys redskins)

As a steelers fan I have mad respect for the ravens. No matter the outcome of each game it's always a joy to watch these two teams!!

I used to look forward to these games more than watching my own team play. This rivalry was what FOOTBALL was about.

this rivalry changed the game literally. It was so violent during the later 2000's that it forced the league to really crack down on physical football. Going back and watching some of those games with Wards blocks Suggs sacks and Harrisons head hunts. Its like a different sport.

You can really see Flacco's progression from these rivalry games. Early on Steelers' amazing D dominated, but slowly and surely he became more of a factor in the rivalry as they got older.

I said once I'll say it again. Neither of these teams have never actually been dumpster fire trash for a very long time. At the very least, they've always managed to contend to be Division Champions. That's why most of their games are great!

Flacco had some unbelievable games, one of the most disrespected players ever, when he joined Baltimore it essentially created the Rivalry.

For real. He basically willed that 2017 team, that had no business even sniffing the postseason, to 9 wins. You could probably count on one hand the QBs who would've won 9 or more games with that lethargic offense. That lethargic offense still put up 38 on the Steelers, only to see the vaunted defense give up 39. BTW did you know they didn't even force a single turnover in that game?

I'm a Saints but this is the league's best rivalry. Whenever you watch a game between these two teams it's like watching football from the 1970s tough ,physical,intense and smash mouth. There are elements of respect and disdain for each other it's a beautiful thing.

The Immaculate Extension has to be the greatest play in NFL history to happen on Christmas. Wasn't the greatest Christmas game ever (Chiefs/Dolphins 2OT playoff game takes that, and it was also the reason the league didn't play on Christmas for a long time after that), but it was probably the greatest Christmas play ever

I am telling you, 95% of the time the Ravens v. Steelers games are the absolute best games of the season. You really can't find a much more exciting game.

As ravens and steelers fans know our rivalry is one of sports greatest titan battle. But we can both agree, at least we arent browns or bengals fans lmao.

The greatest thing about this rivalry is the mutual respect. I have great respect for the Steelers and their history, and I can't count them out this year even if it's not looking promising. Steelers always find a way to stay competitive, and I'm sure they'll do the same this year. Can't wait!!

I come back to this Ravens-Steelers video often. The rivalry between these two teams has faded somewhat since Big Ben retired but we definitely had some EPIC games. I miss those days. These games were definitely heart pounding, sweat inducing nail biters for sure & I think the Steelers may have won more games during their rivalry. They were also the most vicious, fierce, smash-mouth, competitive games both our fanbases could ever ask for. I luv my Ravens! 💜🖤💜

I still get sad every time I see his highlights. I remember that seasons so vividly. I got a call from work and had to leave the room for 5 minutes. I came back and noticed no 50. Had to be told what happened. He was having his best ever season and after that our d collapsed. I followed hs recovery and listen to him talk about coming back. Honestly I miss him so much he was a joy to watch and a truly special talent.

Even as a Ravens fan, I have DEEP respect for this rivalry. Painful and nerve-wracking, but always fun!

I think deep down between these two teams there always has been and always will be respect. As a Steelers fan it never is a dull moment to play the Ravens, regardless of how good or bad one or the other is. Yesterday's game is a perfect example. Throw the records out the window when these two teams go at it.

Both teams were great with legendary defenses and it seemed like every time they faced off it was an instant classic. Growing up a Steelers fan, the memories this rivalry gave me are priceless

Oh man, I remember watching the game at 19:00 If I remember correctly, the Ravens had to win that game to get in. I remember getting the stop at the goalline, and screaming in absolute joy, just to be absolutely crushed when Antonio Brown reached out with the ball. I was so heartbroken.

I've been a Ravens fan since 1997. We've taken alot of crushing losses against Pittsburgh! That Christmas Day loss was terrible! Especially because we were up by 2 scores. The AFC Divisional game hurt as well because we were up 21-7 and still lost.. I think we've taken the more heartbreaking losses.

A rivalry cant happen if either team sucks. Which is why in my mind this one was one of the best ever. Both teams were on the top of their game. hell, 4 from then are HOFers,.. and counting. The sheer will of each to try and punish each other for every yard was the stuff of legend. JMHO.
