EPIC Offshore Fishing For Monster Fish! (45 Miles Off Tampa Bay)

Спорт

In this video, Max from @groupermvp invited his buddy Reese, Nick from @returnemright , and I out 45 miles offshore of Tampa Bay, Florida to catch massive fish! We started the day targeting african pompano, amberjacks, and grouper at a wreck before eventually running closer to shore to catch hogfish and mangrove snapper during the sunset bite.

It always amazes me you can catch two of the same species at the same depth and one looks perfectly fine and shoots down on its own while the other one is all blown up and needs the descending device... Never hurts to have both venting tools and descending devices when you are fishing deep, as different situations may favor different release types.

Greasy Job! How deep do you usually catch AP? Haven’t caught any in gulf yet. I guess you have to be fishing springs or wrecks

I am definitely not an AP expert, but this specific spot was a wreck in about 120' if I remember correctly
