In this "terminal hatchery area" anglers are allowed 4 per person any size however outside of this area the regs get much tighter for "feeder kings" - residents are allowed 2 per day over 28" and nonresidents have strict annual limits. How fast do you troll for salmon.

It depends - I do cover speed in my salmon trolling tips video but generally speaking I troll slower for kings and faster for cohos. The current/waves/tide can really impact the actual speed. At times I'll be trolling for king less than 1mph and other times trolling for cohos around 4mph. If the tide and the waves are following, you'll be trolling much faster. If the tide/waves are head-on, then you'll be trolling much slower. Tight lines! Captain Zac
