Its funny how that works isn't Hagen? Every fish I hook and let my son's reel in are always bigger then the ones we catch. I'm glad landon finally got him a true giant. Its a pleasure watching him grow up and progress as a fisherman through your channel. You're raising him right.

Hey thomas I do the same with my son ours big fish last year was 61” sturgeon very heavy my son was fighting with for like 27 mins

You knew that this fish was HUGE and you gave the rod to Landon without hesitation. He'll never forget this day for as long as he lives. Congrats on such an EPIC blue!

It's great to see you land big blues, but to see Landon hang a big one does my old heart good. Those are memories the he will remember when you are old and gone. At 61 I've still got dad around and those days we get to fish are days I truely treasure. Get em while you can brother and be blessed in doing it.

The way he nets these fish is a insult to deckhands around the world. This is not how you net fish from a boat. That's why I gave it a thumbs down....Not because everybody is having the time of their life.....its because if somebody sees this and copies his landing net style they will have a 50-50 chance of ever landing one instead of a 95% chance! You don't have much of an imagination........or you know very little about fishing👍

Hands down one of the best catfishing channels on KZread! The dad and son dynamic is awesome. I have a baby boy on the way and I can’t wait to share experiences like these with him.

Crazy how the length vs weight varies so much. I watched a video earlier where a 51” fish was 100lbs. I didn’t know you caught a 76... I need to see a video of this lol thanks slicker.
