On tracking the claim status for form 13 I am getting Claim-Form-13 (Transfer Out)(Transfer (Unexempted to Unexempted in other region or to Exempted Establishments))has been rejected due to :- 1) FULL POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT NOT FURNISHED. ADVISE TO FURNISH SAME. 2) INCOMPLETE POSTAL ADDRESS I am not clear about which address is not correct, my last employer's or current employer's ? And what should I do about it.

Hello, I applied for my EPF and EPS amount online which is less than 50k on 30th Aug this year. After continuous follow ups with the PF dept they rejected my request after two months citing the following reason: 1. Wages Less Than Rs 15000/- Eligible for Pension Membership But Estt Not Remitted Pension Contribution. 2. Certificate A/B/C/D/EF Not Enclosed/ Signed. I tried calling the PF dept but no one replied. They are not at all approachable. I sent mails as well. Finally I registered a complain in the Grievance dept but till now no comments from there as well. I had a word in this regard with my employer and they say that it is a problem from PF dept and they are trying to talk to them but it will take 6months. I don't have that much time. Could you please help me with this? Should I apply one more time or keep trying to contact them? Note: I applied after 60days of leaving my job and currently not employed. Worked for 2.5yrs.

see, the situation is that there has been a mistake done by your employer. For all employees whose salary is less than 15K, EPS deduction is compulsory, But your employer has not remitted that. Instead it has deposited all the money in the PF Fund. SO, basically, there has to be diversion of fund from your PF fund to Pension Fund. ALso, some interest calculation and their deduction is supposed to be done. SO, the process may take some time. But 6 months is too much. You can keep raising grievance online at- epfigms.gov.in

Hi my case is a little different. I was working in an organisation and got trasnsferred to the sister organisation. So I transferred the pf as well for which I did not get any confirmation. So my situation is, I have left both the companies, I have not transfer my PF and HR of both companies are not contactable.
