It looks like it are recorded in fall, late fall not in July. We have 4 seasons here and you could not the last 20 years+ see your own breath in any month of July. July are summertime here and leaves are fall coloured. In July Copenhagen are green. Something does not add up here.

You are correct, we were there early April. You know the place well! We are a bit delayed in getting videos out...

@@justzachandkaitlan ( maybe save this comment until a travel day with waiting time. Should give facts and food for thoughs and good conversation)) Hm, even early April I find surprising since we there normally see small butts on trees and wind during winter will have blown the fall leaves of the trees but anyway. We had early spring/summer this year and only 3 weeks in the middle gave odd days with some monsoon like rain, interrupted this summer weather that we still have now here in mid. September. Climate change affects the entire world. Here in Denmark we basically seem to get more traditional Mediterranean weather. Last 3 months have beaten any temperatures we have on record. Seems hot places on the planet gets extremely hot, while we here get same temperature rise, but from a milder starting point, thus we get more "Spain"-like summers, while Spain get more Sahara like summers. Allow me a facts side trip. I am happy that Denmark are well under way with our transition to produce and use emission free energy. On good days we now can produce over 150% of our electricity from primarily windmills. Not long into the future, when ongoing projects are finished, we will become the worlds largest producers of sustainable electricity and green hydrogen and methanol per Capita and enter an era of continued export of this because it far surpasses what we can consume ourselves. Lets keep an eye on the ball and remember: Through glaciology, we now have a YEAR BY YEAR knowledge of the planets atmospheric Carbon content (and much more) for a period more than 10 times longer since Homo Sapiens left the African continent the first time. For over 850.000 years our atmospheric Carbon content have been relative stable at 220 PPM. 3 times in the 850.000+ years have gigantic widespread global volcanic eruptions raised the Carbon content with 30 PPM and EACH time it have triggered longterm climate changes for a very long time before the planets regulating systems slowly have been able to bring it down to 220 PPM again. It are truth to state that a atmospheric Carbon content of 220 PPM created us and nearly all living species present on the globe with very few exceptions. Besides the Asteriod that hit Yucatan 66 million years ago the largest species extinctions we have been able to document have happened during the 3 times the atmospheric content rose with 30 PPM. Since the Industrial revolution, just a few hundred years ago, we have raised the atmospheric Carbon content from 220 PPM to now (2022 number) 417 PPM! So humans NOW have caused not a 30 PPM rise but unprecedented 197 PPM! We are right now in the largest species extinction period since the Asteriod hit Yucatan 66 million years ago The worlds oceans are right now heating with the same energy added equalling 5 Hiroshima bombs PER SECOND! That are the sickening facts. The 4 stroke hydrogen car/truck engine have been invented and should be the real car of the future, not electric cars. A hydrogen engine can, as well as a windmill´s generator/engine easily be thrown in the oven and a new be built from the old material. Not the case with the electric cars that besides their ability to sudden self ignite, are energy heavy to recycle and still new new rare earth materials added to build a new battery. The hydrogen jet engine are invented and in use but unfortunately not in planes YET. I know that at least Rolls Royce and Airbus are working on just that. Halt of the worlds locomotives are diesel and diesel electric and transforming the worlds rails to electric ones are estimated to cost a larger 2 digit trillion amount of Euro´s!!! BUT all these money can be saved by simply swapping these locomotives with hydrogen driven locomotives and all emissions will disappear practically cost free over night! Transitioning to emission free energy production and usage are a new industrial revolution and if we think we must realise it comes with many leaps forward and many advantages. Unfortunately dark forces have spend billions on claiming the opposite while bribing politicians and media to keep us addicted to fossil fuels. If we look historically on industrial revolutions the truth are that if "you snooze you loose". I really hope that larger nations with very high emission levels per Capita, Australia, USA, Canada soon realise they have same great options for offshore energy as we have here and start to join the winning strategies for the future. We HAVE to change NOW anyway, so why not pursue the cheapest and fastest there are in an unsubsidised market? Did you use our new primarily underground Metro? These automated driverless pods basically are running on windpower. 2-3 minutes between departures ensure noone needs to relate to timetables. Go to a Metro station and it will arrive shortly 24/7. I hope you read all the way to here and that this "needed rant" gave you insights beyond Denmarks weather but also a bit of how we for a long time have prepared for the future and how we plan to keep bringing down our emission levels here.
