    The MR said this .. L5-S1: Tiny disc bulge and moderate facet arthropathy resulting in mild stenosis of the right neural foramen. There is no significant stenosis of the left neural foramen or the central canal.

    I had to get surgery on my cervical spine on march 26, disc herniated 2 severe stenosis and more. I did chiropractic for many months no relief, the surgery was brutal a lot of pain. I’m 2 weeks healing still need more time. L4 l5 my lower back loss of curves. Drs always say mri isn’t that bad! Really well I don’t care I feel that bad, I’m gonna try injections from pain management.

    I am 42 years old man...having disc bulge in l4 & l5 ....ligamentum flavum hypertrophy....is it treatable by doing exercise...what type of exercise please suggest

    Yes, exercise can help. It's only one component of care. Consider seeing a phyiotherapist or corrective care chiropractor.

    It depends on your tolerance and functional abilities. I can not determine this here without an exam. Be sure to check with your doctor to determine if you can work with your condition.

    Hi doctor ım from turkey ım suffering herniated disc(prostration )l4-l5 its press centre of spinal cord and l5 nerve root ı have trouble standing and difficult to walk when ı lying and resting pain go away but it’s difficult to work for me with this can you give me advice

    @@DrWalterSalubro yes what exercise should I be doing I'm not sure because spondylolisthesis says do not Arch backwards and this bold says do Arch backwards
