In my opinion, one cannot go wrong with familarizing oneself with the Chakras. Feeling a little scattered, carry red jasper in your pocket. Want to open up the Heart Chakra, drink a hyssop tea. Have a presentation at work, wear a striking blue shirt. Again, my opinion here, this knowledge can easily enhance your rituals or magical workings. BB.

Energy healing is evil, that's a trip🤯. "GOD" is energy and "GOD" heals, does that make "GOD" evil? 🤔. Some Christians have the weirdest logic. How healing of any kind is considered evil, is beyond me.

Root Chakra, .. Base, also one's earth connection and animal beastie nature which most urban humans are disconnected from. Remember as a child falling and hitting your tail bone ? The .. pucker .. effect. And the way a man's balls clutch and pull up over seeing are hearing a given amount of pain. Such as empathic sympathy when you see another man get kick in the balls. " Dam, .. I know that hurt !" Such feeling incurs if you are Surprise by a barking teeth baring large dog. Or looking over the edge of a height drop you don't want to experience. My theory head canon, those who seem not to have a danger sense or survival instinct to react tend to be disconnected from their root chakra. b.) As for Grounding and calming yourself, but anger/fear is part of physical flesh animal survival. It is all about breathing. With the right/correct breathing then every dog wants to be your friend, or get petted by you. Which will trigger other dogs or your pets at home looking at you when you come through the door. ( .. sniff, sniff .. ) " .. Have You been Cheating on Me ?!"
