Can i do his leg workout once per week? If i do a "machine only" version?
@wikingkrig5801
Жыл бұрын
@@eivindgjengstjohansen9625 well you can do that. But is not recommend. And i would not recommend it. Let me explain to you. My knowledge. All exercise that involves the body has movement patterns with specific angles. Why you may ask? That is how the body and Body parts Works most efficient way and safest way possible. I would instead recommend you to go to a serious Olympic Weight lifting Club that has coach/coacher and Members that want teach you how to lift right and properly in many different exercise. You will learn all the Basics in the compound Movements. there are five 5 of them. Those are 1: deadlift 2: squat 3: military press 4: Bench press 5: lat pull up. This 5 bas exercise is the principle to learn the right movement patterns. And are the base to understanding how actived muscles as one of many other points you will learn. Beside you also learn alot more complicated and Complex movements as 1: clean 2 : jerk This two (2) exercise are Very heavly biomechanical Movements that needs to be exute perfectly near perfect at the time, every time. Why? Is extremely Easy to execute those two exercises in the wrong way and very High risk you harm yourself. You dont need much weight that could arise an accident. The breaking point where the Body exposed risk risk of damage is between 50-60kg. But dont take this as you should not try Olympic Weight lifting or start with that sport. I still recommend to give a chance and to yourself. encounter accident are in this Sport is not high. The important here is, it is to find a real serious club with people that want New members and wants to teach new people how to lift. And you will not lift Flashy big wieghts in the beginning of your training knowledge. Everything in the start of your wieght training starts with pure training technique. And this is the most important thing you need to accept, accept you can not everything and accept you wilm need have time to learn correctly. Everything in training science is about right execution of techniques and correctly professionell training program. Beside, you will not just only learn 5 bas + 2 more advanced exercises. You will learn alot more exercises. So i recommend you start with this and not trying out on your own on Machines. Because no serious gym lifter use machine for complex movement as those 5 bas movements as an example. And i guess right you dont have alot of knowledge in this subject. If you do as i recommend you will continuously developing and to a point you have learn execute complex exercises in the right way. Beside your will have more efficiently outcome from your muscle and bone development in your body. You will be stronger and bigger in shorter time. Training Science is about the knowledge how to train most efficient, shortest time with most maximal efficiency ( utilization factor) and maximal results in shortest period. Dont feel force, i just want give good a good advice. What you will do or decided is up to you. I Wish you good luck :) Mvh /Ljung Wiking

The quadfather show no mercy. Reps for jesus.
Been bodybuilding for +10 years, im a big guy, trains legs weekly - but when i tried the 100/100/100 challenge (100 squats, 100 hack squats and 100 leg press as fast as possible) i had to take 2 days off from work because i litteraly could not walk :D This reminds me of the pain. It really is correct when he says "you gotta do stuff you dont want to do". Its the truth when i comes to leg development - and Toms knows it! Look how much further developed his legs were, compared to anybody else at that time. They all had the same food and supps, but his legs was monsterous. It really takes something speciel in you, to go that step further when training legs. You can harness power and will from all over the body, to get the extra reps - i fucking hate it lol.
