Thanks for everything you do fellas, these videos are a fantastic educational tool. Very much appreciate the effort you chaps put in. I have been out of the loop for a while due to a few mental health issues, together with a therapist I'm working towards getting myself back to where I was. The content you put out has formed a vital part of the action plan to re-familiarise myself with the industry, updates etc and help the imposter syndrome and anxiety subside somewhat. Huge thanks. ❤️

Glad to hear that you're making great progress Daniel, we certainly send you our best wishes as you keep up the fantastic work. If you keep your eyes and ears on e5 you will be a stride further ahead of most of the industry. Stay in touch.

At around 32.00 Todd said it “the snakes and ladders”. Understanding the need for change is one thing , but getting it passed the corporately controlled regulatory system is another. These products from Earthing Systems are game changers. This is proper engineering. Looking at the problems and engineering a sustainable solution.

I have new electrical safety monitoring technology which could solve some of the stability issues you mentioned within the railway

Thanks for this series of videos. Its an interesting product that seems to offer extended operational life in comparison to the traditional electrodes. Is there any information on how the step and touch potentials are controlled by a ConduDisc installation? The EV charger scenario would be interesting where in the past a single 2 metre electrode would have been drive in, probably without any consideration for positioning to control the touch potentials around the vehicle. Does the ConduDisc with its larger horizontal dimension, although not buried as deep, give an improvement over the deeper electrode. A similar question surrounds lightning protection and if there are any electrical performance improvements using ConduDisc over a straight electrode. Ultimately that extends up to high voltage networks and how the performance of an existing multi-electrode lattice inter-connected with copper strip required to control the step and touch potentials performs in comparison to an equivalent design using ConduDisc?

Hello, you've raised a lot of interesting points here and whilst a general comment that ConduDisc can certainly help expand the protection horizontally for touch and step potentials over vertical rods as you suggest the scale of the reduction is dependent on a number of site specific environmental factors. If you wish to talk through some case studies then it is a bit more involved than we can get into in this comment section so please get in touch directly using the contact information on the Earthing Services website and we can put a member of our technical team in touch with you.

@@earthingservices44 absolutely agree with three-phase. I have been a vocal supporter of some of your earthing/grounding innovations making both UK and US electricians aware. However, one thing I would like to see to further solidify the engineering/scientific credentials of the products is more research peer review work on your products elaborating some of this and making it available on your website. Hopefully it’s something you are looking into. In the meantime producing some technical notes 2-3 pages would be useful.

@@mathman0101 Apologies for the delay in response, it's unclear how this slipped through the net. Feel free to email us and we can hopefully furnish you with some further information that meets the parameters you've described. In terms of independently verified/laboratory testing/peer reviewed papers there is a lot that can be supplied. For the most part we approach the website from the perspective of easily accessible and comprehensible to avoid any sense of "blinding with science". That does not mean it is not available, simply not in keeping with the tone of the platform. Again, get in touch and we can get you some wider reading.
