I have 4 ibc totes with 2 24v submersible well pumps hooked up to a drip tape system. I over watered and caused a poor harvest but will be making adjustments tomorrow as I am planting pumpkins now. Cool video.

Do you have a video on how your daily fertilizer system?

I’m going to do a setup like this for next year. What ec do you try to run with? Trying not to burn them up! Thanks for the vids btw! Lots of info for a beginner

Can go up to 2.0 on watering but i prefer to keep the soil in the patch 0.6 to 1.2

Wow 6 hours of tap water per day. I like the mixer idea. How are you aerating the water, I guess the sprinklers aerate some but is it enough? In my limited hydroponic playing non-aerated water has less growth-value. My 500 gallon septic-tank water also takes about eight hours to convert from anaerobic to aerobic with 80-LPM of air.

Beings I'm growing in soil and the roots should not ever be saturated, water aeration is not something im too concerned about

Water mixing idea very cool. I have a similar setup, but I use solar powered aerators, they add O2 to the water and mix it at the same time. Question - why not use drip tape???

Drip tape, I'm out in the plants so much I'd be tripping everywhere.

Hi Mike. I mixed up a small amount of pro cal and silicate and it gelled. Is that normal? I used a small measuring cup to mix it.

Best to a do a jar test when mixing any fertilizers, pesticides and fungicides.
