How is it possible that this woman does not even have a single flaw? I mean she just has every single thing right in life, just the best attitude, beauty, everything. People are not supposed to be perfect but I feel like Jennifer really is perfect.

Jennifer Flavin is an incredible woman. You can tell she was an excellent mother by the constant praise of her daughters throughout this podcast. I don't think there's any other tell-tale sign of good parenting, but from the genuine compliments and adulation from their children.

I have tears streaming down my face, to imagine the Stallone family as regular people that accomplished so much, and all because Jennifer, and Sly came together. And the parallel life experiences of both Jen, and Sly is another reminder, go out and get r done.

You girls are very fortunate to have both parents that came from nothing and always strived to be better and to have better in life! Always take their advice and keep pushing forward like your father always says. That line he put in Rocky Balboa has always stuck in my head. And! I thank him for that!

My condolences about your father ❤️. My mom passed away from breast cancer when I was 12. We lived in the middle of nowhere. I had to take care of most of the work she did. Horses, chickens, chores…my step father wasn’t the best role model. Iffy relationship. But I had the best mother! So strong, and so loving, through all the hardships.

I just stumbled apon this podcast after watching the most recent episode with your dad. I am a huge Rocky fan!! Im 24 years old from Philly But wow. I never knew how much I related to your amazing- Mother. Within the first few minutes there were tears rolling down my face. My mother is an alcoholic and we have little to zero relationship. Hearing how much you love your mom and how you both have great conversations together is something truly so special. that has always been missing from my life. I have always told myself that I want to be a great mom after not having that. when Sophia talks about how clean the house is bc of how Jennifer grew up is exactly how I want to be. I could keep going but ill stop now and just say THANK YOU. I cant even begin to tell you how much I needed to hear all of this. Truly so inspiring. It makes me feel like im not the only one that deals/dealt with hard times that we didnt choose to have. God Bless Your Family

I guess, it is the time in which we were born that made us define eachother about work and what we reached... I never knew his wife/daughters much, Jennifer is a truly wise strong capable person which only comes after great difficulties. I was saddened/surprised by her upbringing and parental stories. I'm very late to this episode. This podcast. The Stallone family outside of Sly, after being a fan of his works for 30+YRs! Meeting Miss Jennifer for the first time here was very pleasant & warm. I'm actually in awe of Jennifer & Sly's backstories...and how they came together & had what looks like amazing kids with GREAT values, but I can see why now. I was an early teenager when I lost my mother to cancer in 1994 & I wonder what she mightve been like these days, with me all grown up at 44. (Mostly 😄) I cannot convey enough to you girls what an unbelievable set of parents you have....but I can tell...you know. A couple of things in this episode made my eyes glass up real quick, but I thank you for sharing this. I hope you all have a great, spooky October. ❤️

It's funny I think most people have a preconceived notion of wives of movie stars, some would think they don't live lives like regular folks. things like they are eating out every night, or have full time cooks, just to name a couple. Jennifer appears very normal, like most people are, she has a very good work ethic, she is smart, compassionate, very positive amount other things. I learned from another interview with her daughters that she cooks, it sounds like she cleans or at least like a clean home. I enjoyed the interview the love she has for her kids is huge and her kids show her a lot of love as well. next time I'd like to hear about how she spends her time in a typical day. Does she have family over for the holiday's and does she do the cooking. What she she buy for gifts for her kids and husband for a B-day and holiday. She sounds like she is handy around the house does she know how to fix things, can she hang a picture on the wall.
