Sabse educated , sabse prosperous community Hindus hote hain. Aur sabse naive bhi. Muxlims pe bharosha karke jaan/maal ka nukshan uthate haiin hamesha. Since childhood I have huge interest to know how and why our people who suffered this horrible situation.. How you have maintained yourself in such high spirits is really amazing. My father Gurbux Singh Randhir was a student of Govt College, Lahore. He completed MSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the same college. At the time of Partition, he was working as Lecturer in the their Chemistry Department under Prof Mohan Singh. He was President of the Student Union and took part in their Dramatic Society and won many Debating Competitions ! Principal GD Sondhi was very fond of him. He remained in the College Hostel right from his Prep onwards ! Can you remember having met him or known him during those days due to his active participation in their Drama Shows, in which always involved in leading roles as Hero, with Kamini Kaushal, Manmohan Kishan among many others who became renowned Film Stars after shifting to Bombay!

उस समय विभाजन के दर्द की उस क्षेत्र के बुजुर्गों और निर्दोष परिवार ने कितनी तकलीफ होगी है यह दर्दनाक कहानी सुनकर बहुत दुख होता है एवं रोंगटे खड़े हो जाते हैं उस समय कि भारतीय और पाकिस्तान के राजनेताओ के गलत निर्णय की वजह से मासूम लोगों की जान गई है जिनका कोई दोष नहीं था अपने जान माल और जमीन को गवा बैठे इन निर्दोष लोगों के उजाड़ने और कत्लेआम का दोषी कौन उस समय की गंदी राजनीति है जबकि उस समय हिंदू-मुस्लिम में प्रेम भाव था

A few comments for the interviewer - 1) you are doing an awesome job, keep it up and keep this coming. These details should not be forgotten and it is our responsibility to ensure that future generations have access to it. 2) pl stop saying hmm hmm during the conversation. It is super annoying. 3) please pay attention to what the interviewee is saying and take him up on all relevant offer. For Eg, this gentleman was ready to show his old mansion which is now so dilapidated- but you just ignored him! That’s no way to treat someone. Please have a bit more empathy. Just a few honest criticisms and none of this takes anything away from what you are doing. Hope you will excuse!

Good interview on a very sad topic. Same thing happen my parents move from Bareilly UP to Lahore then to Hyderabad Sindh. I am writing a book.

Thanks for taking these interviews i used to be angry that why we don't have partition interviews like we have holocaust interviews of Jews But thanks to guys like you Keep recording before they all die

Dear i have seen many of videos. I request you that you must prepare a questionnaire before the interview. Uncle ji telling everything with dates. Very few persons gives these types of information. He is the witness of 5 March 1947 & knows about whatever happens in Rawalpindi ( Thua khalsa). I think you can extract a lot , if you prepare your questionnaire in advance.

Please debate on clash of civilizations and Scientific approach & progressive thinking and current World situation.

Interview making is a skill for anchor ur not skilled interview maker or anchor . Kindly learn few tricks and do it passionately. Although interviewer, the uncle is real gem but you failed to get information from him. Better you live in muslim majority area of india , will feel the reality. Speaking goody goody is not going to help. While most of muslims were allowed free pass out of india, the hindu were put to such massacre on pakistani side. And look this happenned when muslim were just 15% of total population. Problems is the journalists and some people on these episodes are not learning and still living in dreams of bhaichara. Even today this jihad is still going on.
