The burden of proof is essentially (depending on who you're around) proving you are NOT the opposite of your presenting sexuality (in men) Men are judged for their current solo activities, as who they are at all times. (Unless you have a gf AND a bf that publicly know and you drop your name). That's the only way....(even then some people will doubt you)
