    Housing cost (mortgages) is a huge percent of inflation. Interest rates are inflating the cost of housing. Seems like interest rates are helping to push up inflation.

Including myself, we're being presented with staying at a company we're invested in that is now treating us like shit vs. going to the competition who is offering higher pay. Some have asked company A for a better raise because company b is offering me more money.....what is company a going to do....? Guess we'll all see very soon....
