Brilliant result Josh, nice to meet you when I was thawing out from the dip in the water and it was a pleasure to see you fly by on the bike! You guys are brilliant athletes! Hope you smash the rest of the season and hats off to all that took part in Challenge Wales!

From what I saw it seemed like you didn't take the 10 mins before race to climatise, do you think that helps with the swim section?

Yeh I very rarely get in the water to be honest, unless I specifically need to cool myself down. I do a run warm up with some strides and that seems to be enough. I don’t find I need it to acclimatise or get the ‘feel’ I prefer to stay relaxed before the race if possible

Whether or not it helps depends on the person. This is my personal preference

I am confused about how Harry P beat you when you are so accomplished and had a huge squad. I am hoping to hear your thoughts

Harry and I have different strengths and focuses throughout the season. He also just had a great day!
